Casper's Marina Ramp

Not a great experience. Fixed docks. We were on the fuel dock in very windy conditions. The dockhand insisted on pulling the boat further up the dock, which was almost impossible in the wind and caused the boat to scrape against the wooden pilings. A suggestion is to pad those wooden pilings. Or put fenders out since it's a face dock. It would help all boats. Also the tide was so high we couldn't get off the boat.
