Great amenities and staff. But we did not receive a pass card to the facilities when we checked in. Also, there was a mixup with our dinner order at the restaurant. With limited amenities due to the Covid virus, we thought the usual docking rate should have been reduced.
The dock staff were great, as always. However, the “new” showers developed for the marinas guests were a disappointment. The shower stalls were tiny, the areas were poorly designed, and there was no complimentary soap/shampoo.
Don't patronize this marina. They seem to cater to only mega-yachts. We made a reservation for two nights on Dockwa, they confirmed, and when we arrived, they said they had no room, and hung up the phone. When confronting the owner/manager in person (after taking a mooring), he denied not having room, and offered no apology. He couldn't have cared less. They don't use VHF, and when you call their phone, no one is in the office to answer it.
