We’re very sorry to hear this. I did a bit of digging to figure out the who, what, and why behind the fireworks. Turns out, there was a wedding at PIER 22 that night, and some members of the wedding party set them off before the restaurant staff could intervene. Fireworks aren’t allowed, and the party did not have permission to do so. We hope the actions of others won’t affect our relationship.
