Mooring field was empty, so the moorings were easy to find. Safe. Secure. Easy in and out with my dinghy to the dock by the ferry terminal. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream.
I was happy to learn they are now using Dockwa for mooring reservations. Helps to calm the anxiety of first come, first served. I hope Block Island follows their leadâŚCuttyhunk harbormaster was professional, kind and helpful. Great spot!
I was single-handing my Tayana 48 cutter-rig sailboat is high winds approaching the marina. The staff was on point and professional with assistance and a safe docking. Itâs the best marina in New Harbor. I will be back.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are top notch and being on the grounds of the Seaport Museum was very cool. 4th of July parade and then an outdoor concert and screening of âJawsâ on the 5th was an unexpected pleasure. Definitely coming back.
