Requested a mooring via Dockwa, it was accepeted. Upon our arrival they were expecting us, brought us right to our assigned mooring, and waited close by until we were safely moored, Awesome Service!!!
Dock hand was immediately available for docking assignment and assistance. Nice amenities clean and neat. Easy reservations via Dockwa.
Awesome customer service (Dianne). I called looking for a transient spot for the night, after a quick review of capacity she called me back and assigned me a spot. Great dock (We were on the face dock) with water and plenty of power options. Calm day, launch operator offered docking assistance but we were good, he did swing over and check on us a bit later, very pleasant. Great experience checking in at the office, Dianne could not be any nicer and is an asset to the company. Great stay and super friendly staff, Highly recommend Greenwich Cove Marina.
Arrived about 4pm, they were expecting us, launch brought us right to our assigned mooring.
Great service from getting fuel to assistance with docking (Transient stay), forgot the dockmasters name but she was Fantastic, very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

We received confirmation on our assigned mooring the morning of arrival, very nice. Upon arrival a sailboat was on our assigned mooring, hailed the HM, he immediately sent out a boat (in the pouring rain). Our assigned mooring #10, was occupied and another mooring was extremely close to #10, the HM boat dispatched out attempted to relocate the “dragged” mooring. We grabbed #3 while waiting, and the HM radioed back to us, confirming that it was OK to stay on #3. Spent the nights of 7/3 and 7/4, All went well!!!!!!
Ray was very helpful and suggested places in town we could eat or shop. Small marina, everyone was friendly.
