Our stay at the marina was outstanding! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Beautiful marina. Thank you all! Thank you Jeff!
I liked the facilities and the dockhand help. Problem is someone dumps their holding tank in the marina.
Friendly, homey marina, wonderfully helpful owners, beautiful location.
As always wickfod marina is great everyone is helpful and pleasant facilities never disappoint and it’s a short walk into a quaint village
Great place,, good people.. We felt very comfortable there. Good place for group gatherings. North Star
Pretty setting and quiet/ calm dockage and Wickford is a nice small town.
What a find! Wickford Marina is a great place to stay if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The marina is located on a quiet extension of Wickford harbor and doesn’t see the crowds and noise evident in the main harbor area. The owner and his dockhand are super helpful and skilled besides. I watched them calmly handle a bunch of boats that all arrived at the same time on a busy Saturday. The facilities are in excellent shape. This includes the wooden floating docks, the heads and the showers. There’s a large gas grill available for all boater’s to use - complete with paper plates, plastic silverware and many condiments. I didn’t use the jacuzzi but I’m told it’s very inviting. Coffee and donuts on weekend mornings are a definite treat - along with the conversations with fellow boater’s who have gathered to enjoy them. The village of Wickford is enchanting and only a 1/2 mile walk from the marina. If you’re into old houses, there are beautiful ones here. We saw some that dated from before the Revolutionary War and are still used as residences. There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance. Sadly there was no ice cream available. We found the Wickford Marina to be much more relaxing than nearby Newport and will make this our main stop when in the area.
The crew at the marina were very helpful. This is lur favorite marina in Narragansett Bay.
Clean facilities. Beautiful scenery. Friendly staff
Lovely small well protected marina. Grounds and dock very well kept. Walk into town is 1/2 mile with many beautifully restored 18th century homes.Paul, the owner drove us into town and we walked back. Downside is provisioning is a hike. We would definitely come back
Been going there for many years. Alway a great time.
Very friendly marina and staff. Came to dock to assist if necessary on arrival. Good wi-fi, nice showers and head, coffee and doughnuts on weekends, beautiful outdoor area for grilling and eating or just to hang out.
Outstanding facility and hospitality. Great town to visit.
Great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a great town.
