The marina side of the facility is very nice and the restrooms are just lovely. I will point out that there are not enough restrooms for the number of guests wishing to shower - there's always a waiting line at peak times. The boatyard side of the facility needs upgrading if you're going to put nice expensive guests there. The restrooms and dirty and in very poor condition. The docs are in need of reconstruction and are dangerous in some places. When making a reservation, I believe it's important to let guests know which side of the facility they will be on -

The facility is lovely. Dockmaster Buddy Raley is very accommodating and courteous. Great place to stay!
The dockage was good, the check-in procedure was good. The showers and restrooms needed to be cleaner. The water in the showers is so hot that a person could easily scald themselves. Clay, the dockhand, was extremely helpful.
The dock staff did not assist with docking. The electricity on the dock was not grounded, we had an alarm going on our boat and had to move to another slip to get good electric contact. We tried five different plugs that had problems. Piers are in need of upgrading. Bath house is lovely. Pool furniture needs replacing. We are looking forward to returning after Safe Harbor makes some improvements which should be great! Looking forward to it.
