Reservation was confirmed quickly. No rafting allowed while on the moorings, FYI. Dont worry though, you can just drop anchor right next to a mooring without regard for who else is nearby or any sort of boating etiquette and just raft with your friends like that. The fleet was filled with obnoxious powerboats blasting music and pretty much ruining what was nice afternoon for anyone within earshot, which was probably at least a 1/4 mile radius. The mooring gear was in good shape and pendants are pretty heavy duty compared to previous years, though they are much shorter in length this season and barely reach the boat cleat of my 40' sailboat.
nice mooring with padded cylinder ball and new, well maintained pendants. Good dock facility with water accessible right there and a fuel dock also close by. The harbormaster's mooring where we stayed in the "outer" harbor by G7, not in the inner basin like you may think from the pictures. It was very windy but still generally flat and a nice place to sleep. They're figuring out launch service as well, but you can pretty much call any of the other launches and pay cash if you need. Or BYO dinghy.
Great facility, outstanding staff. Good amenities on site. Norman, the dockmaster, is a great guy and very helpful. Will stay here again.

nice anchorage, mooring was in good shape and easy dinghy ride in to shore. It is a very quiet area, especially after labor day when the general is closed for the season. That said, the yacht club was super responsive. The facilities were closed due to covid so i cant speak to that.
A great weekend trip. The moorings were easy to find and well marked. Pendant lines were clean and in good shape. Great communication by way of an email the day before we arrived outline the mooring and where it is as well as local tips and instructions for where to dock our dinghy, showers, etc. Very nice. We were on an "outer" mooring right at the mouth of the harbor so it was a bit rocky due to boat wakes as folks returned to the harbor in the evening, but that wasnt a problem for us..just wanted to share that those moorings aren't as protected as the ones in the inner harbor. Highly recommended either way.
