Great staff and great location. Docks are updated and well maintained and toilets were renovated last year.

Love the air conditioned bathroom facilities and the pool was great for hot days. Can't wait to see the new pool when completed. Ken helped us out when we needed to extend our stay. We're very grateful to have discovered Safe Harbor Cove Haven!!
Stern in docking between pilings is a challenge for a single engine trawler, especially with a steady 13kt breeze but the dock hands and harbormaster in his specially padded boat made it almost easy. Their assistance was crucial and led to a successful docking and departure a day later. It's a very quaint location with beautiful sunsets, a public beach and breakwater with walking path, a few shops and lots of natural beauty. We hope to return next year.
It's fairly bumpy at the docks during the day but you can't beat the Downtown location....everyone was super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again once Covid-19 goes away!!
Despite the unpleasant weather for 2 of our 5 days we had a blast! Edgartown is at the top of our list for boating destinations. The dinghy dock, water barge, fuel dock, free bus to Stop & Shop and the $1.00 coffee at the store next to the harbormaster's office all make boating more enjoyable. MV has great biking, beaching, shopping and eating options. Now if only there was a laundromat closer to town then the airport it would be even better. We enjoyed meeting Becky from Dockwa at the harbormaster's office! See you next summer.
It's great having the grocery store a short bike ride or walk from the dinghy dock!
