This is a well run and efficient Marina located in a very nice area of Racine. Staff very friendly one of our favorite places to stay
Good service and nice marina.
Great facilities and staff is really friendly! Great location for walking to town with lots of bars and restaurants.
Excellent service at the fuel dock. Very helpful and informative for our weekend stay @ Reefpoint. Harbor master Joe was there to assist in docking and teaching his support staff how to properly tie up boats to the dock. Taylor made the high fuel prices more tolerable with a smile and very efficient service. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant. Footloose V
Great marina! We’re a deep keeled (6’9”) sailboat. Had no issues. Great amenities and cheerful staff. Try Salute for Italian in town (Only a few blocks away)
Friendly staff …great facilities.
Everyone at the marina was very friendly and made it a pleasure to visit. Carrie was very nice, helpful and made the process easy. Thanks Carrie! -Andrew
Spent three nights at Reefpoint. Great staff. Clean bathrooms. Good fuel prices. Ok WIFI. Slowed down quite a bit on weekend with everyone at the marina.
We always enjoy staying here! Docks are great, bar & restaurant is just fantastic. All the full time boaters that call it home are a pleasure to talk to. For our first year owning a boat, we’ve made a lot of friends there.
Great Marina. Brewhouse was excellent. Nice Pool & Hot Tub. Nice Ships Store and boaters lounge
Very attentive staff. Great amenities. Very clean restrooms. Well kept docs .
Reef point is a great place to stay! Staff was great. Property was awesome. Have a great restaurant on site. We extended our stay because it was such a nice place, very friendly and everyone was so helpful.
Excellent facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ships store well stocked for galley provisions - don't miss the Kringle. Very good diesel price. Wi-fi rather weak.
Nicest marina I've stayed at so far!
Clean docks, friendly boaters, great pool and restaurant
Hands down the best marina on Lake Michigan
Great facility. Fabulous staff!
We only stayed one night. Dockhands did a great job getting us into the slip. No need for line adjustments. Had a great dinner at Brew House. One of the best marinas on the lake.
Third time doing the great loop and first time going down west side of Lake Michigan. I have been staying at a great marina in Milwaukee but decided on a weekend trip to Racine with 4 other boats. The price we paid was $40 for a 40’ slip for 3 nights ($126 total per boat) when arriving at the marina I broke my steering cable on my 35’ sailboat about a mile off shore. We did a quick repair to get us to dock and it worked just fine. I decided to enjoy the 4th of July weekend and worry about the issue after holiday (stores closed and what not) I let the operations manager know in person a couple times per day my status. And that I’d need to stay one extra night and she said no worries and all that jazz. I asked to settle up with them after I figured out how long I’d need and to just tally the bill as we went, after all they insisted on me giving them a credit card upon arrival even tho my slip was bought and paid for by someone else in out party who paid for all the slips for all 5 boats. I had zero issue giving a card to have on file but I specifically spoke to the operation manager about not charging me until it was a final bill (I don’t need the paperwork of 5-10 receipts when it can be on one) she more than agreed and said fine however we did agree on charging one night and then the rest when I was departing and returning entry keys fab. The next am they took 3 nights out $126 same as what they charged for 3 nights over busiest weekend of their entire year. Mind you I was only there 1 extra night. I immediately requested the money be put back and the operations manager Lauren said she would do what she can and she communicated with me the entire time even on her day off (that’s why y’all get 1 star instead of 0) she promised me that the marina top dog named Carrie would call me shortly but guess what she never did! I did see her walking around with a bunch of stuffed shirted suits all day basically doing nothing. I needed help and she 100% blew me off day after day! Reefpoint marina has a major issue and it begins with the two ladies running it! Neither of them knows how to properly communicate and ever worse follow thru with what they said they will do! Weeks later I’m still waiting on my refund. Before this issue I had nothing but great things to say, hell they sent me the link to write this review! Had they just done what they said and or followed up it would be a great review but when you mess with someone’s money and refuse to fix it this is called karma I hope it bites you hard! By the way the best part of the stay was the restaurant and it’s staff my last call with Lauren I mentioned it and she admitted they aren’t affiliated, guess I could have told ya that based on experience with both entities. Amazing food, amazing service and amazing atmosphere vs. money stealing, confused, horrible follow thru, terrible communication. I haven’t even begun to talk another the racist things I heard about after we all regrouped in Milwaukee. We are a very diverse group of awesome karma believing people from all over the world within our 5 boats. 2 hot tubs 1 jammed with white people blasting country music the other 1 black lady in it being told she can’t listen to her music by the “permanent residents” y’all could have a great thing there in Racine but with the way those ladies especially clueless Carrie run things y’all will just keep being the armpit of lake michigan
Spent the Fourth of July weekend an absolutely beautiful marina staff are so friendly we forgot our power cords they loaned us a set. The restaurant is absolutely incredible there was live music for the weekend pool clean well-maintained too hot tubs grills fire pit and the staff super super friendly even the other boaters just made it feel like you’re in a resort. We are now going to move from our current marina down there for permanent.
a couple boarded our boat at about midnight while we were sleeping . I awoke and scared them off . very strange . security was called. my wife and i did not sleep very well afterwards very disturbed.
We just visited the marina for the first time renting a transient slip for the holiday weekend. This is beautiful marina and very well kept with easy slip access and all the amenities. The marina store has just about anything you may need in the spur of a moment. We are definitely staying there again
Slips are in great condition, super clean restrooms and showers, pool is also well kept even with heavy use.
We booked Reefpoint through Dockwa about a week before and was confirmed within a few hours. We were sent the slip allocation by email a few days before the trip and, on the day of the trip, sent a marina map. When we arrived, we pulled directly into the slip and get setup. The floating slip was newer and had water and electric hookup. I stopped by the shop and picked up key cards and a welcome bag - all very quick and easy. The bathrooms are kept clean and tidy, as was the pool area and Grilling area. all in all a really well maintained property and we had a good time. We will be back!
Great weekend at Reefpoint. Our group was placed together on one dock, enjoyed dinner at Reefpoint Brewhouse and a group cookout at the W Dock boathouse patio. Loved being able to use the pool & hot tub this year. Everything went smoothly.
Just fine, The slip was ready when we got in, we made it before closing which was good. Clean facilities, good restaurant. quiet night. Reefpoint was flexible with me having to change arrival date due to boat issues. It is a stopping point on our trips North.
The marina facilities are wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful! The only negative (and reason for the 4 stars) while here was the weak and intermittent WiFi. The town has a lot to offer in the way of restaurants and shops. We will definitely return in the near future.
The harbor and docks were nice. The bathroom and showers clean. The electronic gate keys did not work consistently. It took several attempts to open the gates at times. The only other issue is that we could not join the Wifi at all.
What an awesome Labor Day weekend. Carrie and her staff at Reefpoint were spectacular, always friendly and courteous. If you needed something theiy took care of it. Great facilities. What a place to “ boat watch”. Can not wait till next year.
Everything was excellent at ReefPoint. My boat arrived Saturday July 11 and was received cheerfully after hours. In addition to night staff, boaters at the dock were very helpful . Adding Saturday to my week reservation starting Sunday July 12 were readily made while under way. We found clean organized docks and spacious and clean. restrooms. Food at the restaurant was good for the many time we ate there. The boat was watched during the week when we were not there. On returning Thursday July 16 through starting the HOOK race Saturday ,to returning after dropping out of the HOOK race due to storm damage, staff made changing reservations painless, and were cheerflu and helpful. The security guard we met several times was wonderful. The Marina is very protected from the elements and intruders. I have no hesitation leaving it there in the future.
very poorly managed Marina. Fail to tell you they have no boat launch or truck, trailer parking. you can pay the city launch and parking and then pay the marina to dock. called the marina to see how far I would have to walk as a vet with a bum hip and thr guy just chuckled and said I know, it sucks but offered no ideas on how to solve the issue. then, after paying city launch fees, driving my trailer 1.5 hours back home. I was able to park at the marina ...only to get a call saying transients cant park in the secure parking lot or the will tow at my expense. if you have a yacht and are just jumping marina to marina, they do have nice facilities... just dont expect much of your an average family boater or fisherman. Salmon O Rama should move to a marina that caters to all boaters.
Lovely marina and staff is awesome! Even during this difficult time they are open for socially distant boating. We are staying all month until Milwaukee county gets their act together.
What more can I say other than it’s our home away from home!!! Everything is so clean and well taken care of. Staff is great too!
Great facilities, helpful friendly staff!
Great, clean marina! Carrie and her staff make this one of the best marinas. Close walk to nearby downtown Racine.
Great Marina. Carrie always takes care of us.
Reefpoint is by far our favorite marina. My wife and I have always enjoyed our stays here. The manager, Carrie, does a wonderful job of making sure everything runs smooth at Reefpoint and the rest of staff could not be any nicer or more accommodating. The marina's amenities are plentiful, as are those of the surrounding area. Reefpoint is well protected from the unwanted forces of Lake Michigan. Even when the wind and wakes are at their worst, the water at the slips remains calm and peaceful. If you haven't been to Reefpoint, do yourself a favor and add it to your list of "must visit" marinas. You won't be disappointed.
Beautiful marina with clean updated facilities. Restaurants at the marina and town nearby.
Excellent facilities, beautiful views.
Has a lot of amenities, pool, restaurant, nice showers, close to downtown
Great marina. Clean restrooms, pool, hot tubs and close access to downtown Racine. We always enjoy staying at Reefpoint.
Very nice stay. Great ship store and amenities.
Enjoyed our stay, very friendly
The team at Reefpoint are very helpful and accommodating. They assign us slips that work well for our sailboat without bow thrusters. The facilities are kept clean, neat and in good condition. It always great to visit there.
Best Marina on Lake Michigan! Pool, restaurants, great staff.
One of the nicest marinas we've visited on Lake Michigan. Immaculate facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great location to downtown Racine. We will be back.
Nice Marina, clean facilities, nice pool and hot tub, very friendly staff. The Brewhouse restaurant on sight has good food at good prices. The short walk to town was nice too.
Due to stormy weather and high waves, we had to cancel our stay. However, Reefpoint is only 9 miles from our home of Southport Marina in Kenosha. We have and will continue to visit the restaurants in the area and plan a future stay.
Great stop. 3rd time back. Quaky team and staff start to finish. Clean and efficient. One if he better marinas in this side if he Lake.
Always a pleasure. Thanks
I've sailed mostly in Michigan waters and I found this marina affords a wide variety of amenities for the transient slip charges.
