Navy Pier Marina, the newest boating destination on Lake Michigan, will offer boaters a one-of-a-kind boating experience on Lake Michigan!
Located on the iconic Navy Pier we will accommodate transient boaters with world-class amenities and concierge service - with myriad attractions, dining, shopping & entertainment venues just a few steps away. It is Chicago's best boat location with easy access to the city center.
Boaters in Chicago and nearby harbors, around Lake Michigan, transiting the Great Lakes - or navigating the Great Loop - will find short-term docking options from hourly for lunch or dinner, to overnight stays through a user-friendly, quick and convenient, online reservation system.

Navy Pier Marina 2025 Dockage Rates: Overnight dockage starts at $3.95 per linear foot of space for vessels utilizing up to 65 LF, $5.95 for vessels from 65 LF up to 100 LF, $6.95 for vessels from 100 LF up to 120 LF, and $7.95 for vessels 120 LF and up.
• All vessels charged for space required including maneuvering buffer.
• Rates are variable for any promotional savings offered or increases for peak periods, special events, holidays and weekends.
• THE TOTAL RATE FOR YOUR STAY WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR CHECKOUT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PAY, subject to an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
• There is a $10 cancellation fee once a reservation is confirmed.
• Electric rates start at $7 per night for a single 30 AMP service and increase by amperage use.
Hourly rates start at $40 per hour and increase based upon size of the vessel.
Commercial Seasonal “touch-n-go” will be offered on a limited basis starting at $100 LF for the season. Frequency limits and contract terms will apply.
Recreational Boat touch-n-go when space permits will be $25 for 15 minutes for vessels requiring up to 60 LF.
• Docking will not be allowed without a confirmed, advanced reservation.
• All rates are subject to change without notice - but will continue to be shown before agreeing to complete payment.

First class! Facilities are great but what is even better is the staff. Management has hired and trained a staff that not only understands "Customer Service" but excels at it. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, available, and so much more. Add all that to immediate access to the entire Navy Pier community and you have a definite 5 star marina.
We had a great stay. The marina is in its infancy and is still working on the finishing touches for use at being full service, such as bath house accommodations The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed how close everything was and in walking distance.

Great stay @ Navy Pier. Staff was extremely polite and eager to help with docking, securing power cord attachment, and making sure we were satisfied with our stay at the marina. We had a wonderful time.
