Horrible. Docks were not safe. Dock Power was unavailable. As a transient forget it. No keys to locked gates at top of docks. Bird crap everywhere. No showers. This place needs a huge facelift.

Great location, but after Labor Day, it's a ghost town. Helpful dock people, but not much transient space. Dock does not have cleats, so tying up is a chore. Additionally, the restaurant was closed on Monday after 3:00pm, though no mention of that was on the website.
