Expanded in 2017, Provincetown Marina has undergone a complete renovation with new docks, piles, and breakwaters. The marina now offers 100 slips with dockage for vessels up to 250’ and 100 moorings. A new electrical service provides 30, 50, & 100-amp service. All marina guests get to enjoy the outdoor Captain’s Lounge with flat screen TVs and fire pits. Facilities include new bathrooms, showers, laundry room, and a dog shower for our furry friends. We have 24/7 supervision, paid parking, and friendly, complimentary launch service. Our on-site fuel dock offers both Valvetech gasoline and marine diesel fuel at competitive prices. We welcome large boating clubs and yacht rendezvous.
The Marina is in short walking distance to the town, which hosts exciting events all summer long. Provincetown is known for its incredible array of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Spend the day shopping on Commercial Street, which boasts some of the best art galleries anywhere. At night, enjoy a nightclub, a Broadway show, a local theater production, or a jazz club. There is something for everyone in Provincetown. Bike or walk to Race Point Beach, voted one of the top 25 beaches in the US by TripAdvisor. Or learn about Provincetown history by visiting the Provincetown Museum and climbing the Pilgrim Monument. Plan to take a dune tour or visit the local winery. There is so much to see and do you will need to spend at least a couple of days here in Provincetown to take it all in.

Provincetown Marina is closed for the winter and will reopen in May 2025!
2024 update: As before, it's a first class marina. I'll ding them, though for charging for water. I'm a light user, and only wanted to fill a 5 gallon jug. A $10 flat fee? Really? The launch and office staff are great and the facility is first class. I inadvertently booked a slip instead of a mooring and the adjustment was made and a credit issued without question. We'll be back. Update for 2021: Great to be remembered. The staff is great and COVID restrictions are gone. We’ve happily extended our stay. And back again for three days in 2023. The marina remains first class
Easy in, easy to town, easy out! People are wonderful.
Everyone on staff were a pleasure to work with Looking forward to the next visit
Great staff, solid dock's and a fun town. The only negative is that bathroom doors are not secured. Alex / Serenity
Easy and beautiful location. Crazy town! Nicest people at the marina.
Fantastic service in a very protected harbor. Spectacular views from their slips. First class facilities. Close to downtown too.
Excellent marina, facilities and staff. Great location too!
A very nice marina and stop for us. Disappointed we were unable to use the golf cart this year even though last year we could.
Great location, facilities, customer service, cleanness and overall great experience.
Everyone was very helpful! Very clean!!
Beautiful facility, nice people.
Nice facility, clean and well laid out. Excellent launch service associates and equipment. I recommend for both. Not so nice welcoming committee with thorny dockmaster with lots of bravado...
What an awesome spot to enjoy a very vibrant seaside community. Safe dockage or mooring options. Great dock help! Professional, helpful, and attentive. This is a must stop if looking to see amazing beaches, seals, and whales. In town offers more shopping, food and events than most other New England boating stops.
The amenities and accommodation were superb. The dock staff was helpful and courteous. The evening man, Tom, went above the call of duty to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the guests. We’ll be back.
great accommodations and service
We have been coming to “Ptown” on our boats for almost 30 years and we always enjoy ourselves in this very fun & special town. The new owners of Ptown Marina have invested in long term improvements and customer amenities that all boaters will appreciate, including strong floating concrete docks, reliable shore power, good fuel, and great marina staff who actually do come help you with your mooring lines. From mega yacht owners & their crews, cruisers traveling the coast, fishermen looking for their next catch, or locals needing a safe berth in a storm, this will be a great stop for you.
Perfect organized, very friendly.
Great place & great marina, with excellent service.
The facility is nice, the docks are sturdy, the location is great. Dock staff seems put out and unfriendly. Whether it was grabbing lines, or asking where trash was deposited (while they were on a golf cart, why not ask to grab the bag) they seemed put out. Why not bring the keys to you at the boat, vs making us walk to the office. Office staff is very friendly, but for the kind of prices this marina charges (top dollar) we expect more.
Very Professional staff, great Bathrooms. Convient to all. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
Great group of people running this Marina. We were on a mooring and the launch drivers — their good humor, helpfulness, availability was quite exceptional. Easy to fuel up as well. Joe Hare
Very disappointed that there is a charge for water when they charge one of the highest mooring nightly rates in the cape & islands. Understanding there is a cost to resources like water, Management might consider including a voucher for rentals of a certain number of nights or more (i.e. a voucher for every 3 nights stay). We stayed for 7 nights and had water been included our perception of value would have been increased. Instead we felt we were being nickeled and dimed. On a positive note, the facilities are very well maintained and the staff was great.
Excellent facility, well managed.
Very accomadating, very clean. Look forward to returning to see them next year.
Always a good stop. Staff is helpful and Ptown is a great town.
Clean head and shower facilities. Attentive staff. Launch service included. Functional dinghy dock. Short walk from the Marina dock to the heart of PTown. PTown Harbor Master is very responsive to pump out requests.
Always enjoy our stay!
Nice facilities and staff and can’t beat the location for visiting Provincetown.
Idock staff good- but for those prices without electricity and water coffee in the morning and paper towels in the heads. Maybe some shampoo in the showers. Docks in great shape- I have been using services here a long time
Nice and clean facilities Cozy fire places at the terrace
Dockmaster runs a tight ship. Dock services were very good and stay was enjoyable. Nice floating docks and good 480V power. Right in the heart of town. Great spot.
Great staff. They need to keep an eye on the weather forecast before assigning Face dock spots.
Nice place. I like it.
We are not a large luxury vessel and we were treated so well and welcomed. From free launch service to shower and laundry facilities, all was easy and clean. Fire pit at night along with 2 giant outdoor TV’s so we could watch the Olympics!! One of our favorite destinations!
Great marina, first class facilities and helpful dock hands and staff.
This is our fourth year coming to Provincetown Marina. And again you did not disappoint. Your launch service in particular is impressive. Talented and friendly. We’ll be back!
Prompt and friendly launch service and the harbor masters pump out boat is terrific.
Good launch service, one of the best we’ve seen in terms of facilities, great people, convenient location to town. Our mooring looked a bit tight, which turned out to be true when the wind and current put us stern to stern with a powerboat, pretty close to touching, with the mooring ball in NOT the worst position - probably a one-off so not something that would dissuade us to stop again.
Great visit. This s they are!place is very busy on weekends. It’s amazing how efficient and courteous
Dock staff friendly and great place to sit back off the boat and watch the Olympics! Cleanest bathroom/shower facilities when compared to most!
Service was great. Friendly and professional. Facilities in very good condition. Great location.
Smooth entry and departure. Staff is pleasant and helpful
Very clean marina, very good location right in the center of the action, many restaurants, bars, stores and gallery and near by the beaches
Clean, friendly and super organized launch service - loved the two fire places!
Great staff and docks!!
Always great service.
The crew/staff was on point and showers and stalls were clean and well kept. It made for an enjoyable stay at Provincetown.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Facilities are awesome.
Great staff clean facilities
Great facility - didnt love the cruise ship that tied up there, but solid marina.
Beautiful spot and well run organized marina
Excellent customer service
Outstanding services.
Cost prohibitive $3/foot is outlandish for a mooring. Lovely location but dropping the hook makes more sense
Great staff, and P'town is a whacky place, with great restaurants. We usually stop here at he end of our southern cruises on our way home.
Stayed on night on a mooring. Great Launch operator, and dock staff. Clean facilities, showers restrooms Laundry room. Enjoyed the Outside Captains Lounge with the big screen TV.
Expensive for sure but that's Ptown. For the price, lots of nice services. Great Launch Service and easy dinghy dock.
It was great we had a lot of fun. The staff were very helpful
Excellent facility, great communication and a fantastic weekend. Definitely moved high on my favorites list. Thank you !
Very nice and helpful staff
Very Helpfull and informative.
There was way to much seaweed and grass in the slips which was clogging my a/c units so we could not run our a/c unit and it made for uncomfortable sleeping
excellent staff all around - launch, office, etc. facilities are excellent as well. very user friendly.
Great facilities and dock hands
Great facility, very helpful staff, and a fantastic location, right in town.
Normally this would be a five star review. We typically love this Marina. They are top notch and extremely professional. Unfortunately on this visit we were put in a slip next to a very large yacht that was undergoing repairs. A very loud crew of men starting working and taking calls on their speaker phones at 7:30am. They were incredibly loud! I am not sure of the rules of this marina but I don't think that work crews should be allowed in the general customer slips. It was a terrible way to wake up on vacation! Luckily, the marina manager was able to move us for our second night and we were next to normal marina customers that kept things quiet in the evenings and the mornings. Glad they had a second slip available! The marina is always neat - clean and the flowers are lovely.
Great marina; after heavy fog rolled in early evening, the launch swung by our mooring in to make sure we got in after a day sail!
Great service. Amazing view and dock service. Thank you! We will be back soon! Diane and Phil Born Free Boston
Great crew Great docks Great experience
I rented a mooring. The Mgt team and and tender Captains were great. I was guided to the mooring as I approached, and tender Captains responded immediately when hailed and went out of there way to assist. The Facility is managed by professionals
Employees are always more than helpful, kind and courteous. Docks are great. Facilities are clean and bathrooms are air conditioned which is really nice! Love that they have a dog wash down. The fire pits at night are simply gorgeous. The ease of walking to beaches, restaurants, shops and the heart of Provincetown makes staying here all the better. We have been faithful transient customers here for the past twelve years and will continue to be as long as we are boaters.
Great spot - crew was very accommodating- restrooms and showers spotless
Great mooring and excellent launch service
Fantastic location in the center of the ultimate tourist destination on Cape Cod. The marina staff was fantastic helping with lines and power. A unique feature was their portable pump out where they could bring a hose directly to any slip and pump out! Definitely on our list to return next Summer!
Michael the marina manager was great and no issues
Everyone at the marina was welcoming and helpful.
Great launch service. Great people in the office. Girl working the gas dock was a huge help with docking and fueling us up!! Real professional service and much appreciated
Great place to stay. Bathrooms were clean. Staff is very nice and professional. The woman at the fuel dock was very helpful with weather reports and conditions at the fuel dock during a SW wind. We had to stay a few extra days because of weather and they were very accomodating. We'll be back ...
Some of the nicest docks I have seen in a long time. The staff was very nice, and we love the fire pits.
Excellent staff and amenities ! Highly recommend !
Great docks, pump out at your slip, they have a doggie wash station.
Mike and his staff are top notch! Excellent location and professional service. You couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you!
friendly helpful staff, nice facilities
Always a pleasure to stay in P Town. Great Marina with well kept baths and laundry. Enjoyed watching Celtics on the flat screens around the fire pit even though they lost.
Great stay. Great people. Great facility. What more could you want?
Only stayed one night, but will definitely return. Great harbor, great marina and super friendly staff.
Absolutely terrific! Great location, friendly dock assistance, accommodating and hospitable on all levels! Can’t wait for our next trip here!
Great dock personnel
What a wonderful trip. We were so lucky to be able to arrive a day early-the staff was very accommodating. Alex and another dockhand were waiting for us and did a great job getting us settled in. The location is amazing-we were protected from high winds one day. It is very close to town to walk or bike anywhere. There was a very convenient laundry with two washer dryers that took quarters (be ready if you do laundry after office hours). We were across from the ferries and tours which blow horns when they leave several times a day but it’s quiet at night. The restrooms were very clean but small. They were closed for cleaning around 7:30pm so plan accordingly as you can’t use the restrooms then. We hope to return!
Great location, amazingly helpful staff, great facilities. Outdoor fireplaces and TVs for gathering
Everything was fine with our two night stay on a mooring except that when we arrived we were told that launch service ran to 6:00 p.m. only. Before we started off from Marblehead I called the marina to ask about the launch service but only got a recording - could not speak with any human being to ask about it. I then looked at the marina’s web site which said that launch service runs to 11:00 p.m. each day. I relied on that and made dinner reservations for the two nights we would be there. When we arrived, we were told that we would have to use our dinghy to go to dinner. We are older and avoid splashing and using the dinghy, but we went ahead and put it in the water. A bit later we were offered a slip on the dock for the price of the mooring, which was generous of the marina, but since the dinghy was already in the water, we declined the offer. We used the dinghy on the first night. For the second night we bought a pizza and dined on the boat. If we had known there was no evening launch service after Labor Day, we would not have made the trip to Ptown. Other than that, which was a biggie for us, the mooring was fine, as were launch service snd the drivers.
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Facilities are well put together and very clean. We had a great stay!
Comfortable facilities. Learned after Labor Day launch stops after 6pm. Be prepared.
Very nice and very clean facilities. Great location. Very expensive moorings, but that was known in advance. I only gave 4 Stars because they charge an extra $15 for the use of the water dock. This seemed excessive after the expensive mooring. We'll be back...but full of water!
This is THE place to stay in P-town. P-town is the logical stop for boats heading to or from the Cape Cod Canal. The showers and facilities are top tier, but $102/night is steep for a mooring. The free alternative is to anchor out in P-town, and use the beach as a dinghy landing spot, however you would miss the security and showers.
I’d just like to thank you very much for accommodating my request for a one night stay. From the docks to the staff everything and everyone was top shelf and right on point. The dock hands were right there, very friendly, and eager to help when we pulled in to give us a hand tying up.The boat didn’t move or bounce around at all all night thanks to your cement float and finger system, my wife typically doesn’t sleep well on the boat but she slept like a baby that night thanks to this. Hope to see you guys again this summer before it gets too cold! Thanks again, We had a great time!
Great location, professional staff, and excellent facilities.
Very nice facilities, convenient and friendly launch service, close to town, peaceful mooring. Sucked that we had to pay for two nights when we could only use one (Labor Day holiday), but I won’t hold that against them.
Friendly staff, prompt tender service, beautiful facility...we will definitely return!
Beautiful setting, docks and dock help. Docks are clean and very stable. Harbor employees are very attentive and always wanting to help in any way they can. Always a must stop for us.
Very courteous people and excellent, clean facilities on shore.
Marina staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Exactly as their website reads.
The facilities are clean and well kept All the launch drivers are done of the best in the business.
The staff, and grounds are always first class!
Great marina- wide cement floating docks, professional dockhands, nice facilities and right in town.
Great service , nice facilities
By far this has been the best marina we have stayed at. The docks were sturdy and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The outside patio area was great and welcoming. I would highly recommend this marina.
Very clean. Well maintained and great staff.
Great dock , facilities, and location. Staff is courteous and helpful. Pet friendly. Expensive!
Great services at the marina: showers, captain’s lounge area with fire pits and tvs, super nice slips and docks, power, water, pump out very accessible, etc. but the best part was how friendly and helpful and gracious the people on staff were. The dockhands were especially attentive and super helpful Never mind that you are a short walk right onto Commercial Street and all the great restaurants and shops. Super place for a few day stay on our coastal cruise.
Very Nice a wonderful experience. Very nice people
Glen was superb! And the location is extremely convenient.
Our stay at Provincetown Marina was terrific. The staff is excellent from the top down-smart, efficient, organized, welcoming and professional. The services and amenities excellent-everything is spotlessly clean and in order. We look forward to our next trip to Provincetown Marina in a few weeks.
My stay was great. We had a little difference in the amount to be paid, and they fixed it rightaway. The launch service is prompt and bathrooms clean and in good working order. Andiamo
I had a wonderful time. I appreciate your allowing me to stay a third night (Saturday). Everyone was terrific. I will definitely be back. Tom Sonnabend “GIDDY UP” 617-833-0103
Wonderful! Clean, centrally located, and beautiful
Loved the marina, didn’t like our slip assignment! F1. Will ask to be put on other side of marina or a slip that is more protected from wind. Staff very helpful.
Great place with capable dickhsnds
For a 4-Star price, we did not receive 4-star amenities. The dock hands were very good and knew what they were doing. They deserve recognition. The slips are wide and the floating concrete docks are GREAT! However, I would like to make the following suggestions for the price charged: Provide clean bathrooms Provide pump shampoo and soap in showers Reduce the price of $5.00 5lb bag of ice Also; to rank against other marinas such as Safe Harbor, Rockland ME, consider providing shower towels. That was an outstanding benefit The marina location is excellent and convenient to all P’Town has to offer. But the slip fee is astronomical. If the marina is going to charge at 4-Star prices, provide 4-Star services.
We spent the whole week of Carnival 2023 with Provincetown Marina. I can't say enough good things. We spent 4 nights on a mooring and one night on a slip when the weather was dicey and we needed to re-provision anyway. The slips especially are pricey for sure, but I think it was worth it, as the facilities are impeccable. The concrete docks are great, the restroom / shower room is spotless and air-conditioned, they are very dog-friendly, and the dockhands, launch operators, and office staff were all superb. They got me sprung into my slip with no drama, despite a 20-knot wind blowing me off at a terrible angle. What stood out the most to me was that every single member of the staff does everything possible to make you feel like a valued guest, whether you're from one of the 40-meter superyachts, or a 40-year-old sailboat like we were. Honestly we can't wait to come back.
great service, prompt pick up and drop off at moring. pleasant staff. parking is the only issue if you have a vehicle.
Really responsive staff. They quickly worked to solve a problem I had with the electrical connection. It's a very well run marinal.
As always impeccably clean and staff is very friendly!
what a professional operation, people were so nice and helpful, clean, and super organized marina.
The marina was very well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff were terrific. Everyone was Professional, friendly, and helpful. Great experience.
Excellent location, well designed slips
Lots of moorings, great launch service til 11p, love Provincetown! So much good food, shopping and entertainment. Lovely boaters lounge outside with fire pit and large screen TVs. Saw there was reasonably priced laundry but did not take advantage. Close walk to town and all it offers. Great stay, will return
Very convenient. Great location
The staff and facilities were excellent. There was a storm that blew through during our stay…the staff (launch operator) did an outstanding job!
Marina had empty slips further up away from channel. Very nice marina and employees but boat traffic does not slow down and at end of dock can be rough and rock you out of your bed .
Facilities are very clean. Launch staff were exceptional working through very bad weather with 30kt gusts and rough seas. Excellent marina to visit.
Delayed by prop damage, Marina refused to move my reservation to accommodate a two day delay. PPP.
One of our favorite places to go. Great location and amazing staff.
The marina was very busy the Sunday we stayed, however, it didn’t feel like with the service they provided. We got secured to the dock with help from the dock staff and they explained everything we needed to know. Will be stay here again.
Great stay staff is very helpful and a pleasure to work with
I have been staying at Provincetown Marina for several years keeping my boat there while on family vacation. The staff are very nice and always willing to help. The launch operators are great they always seem to remember who you are and were my boat is. The Marina is very clean and has plenty of parking. I will be using them again next year.
Thank you for a great time. Very friendly!
Very nice marina - great staff!
Excellent, clean bathrooms and showers. Nice community sitting area.
I had an electrical problem on my boat. I was not able to hookup without the circuit breaker tripping at the dock hookup. They went to great lengths to help me with the problem.
Clean facilities . Knowledgeable dockhands….Central location.
Great location, service, and amenities. Facility is very clean and you need a key fob to enter the marina so the docks are quiet and you don't have any foot traffic. You basically walk off the dock and your on Commercial St. Also, we were amazed at how clear the water is in P-town. We anchored in 15-20 feet of water and could see the bottom clear as day. We cant wait to go back. It's our new favorite place.
Provincetown Marina is one of our favorite stops! The docks are wonderful, the facilities are clean, the firepits are awesome!! The location is just a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Can't wait to come back later this season.
Excellent launch service. They were there in minutes. Ran late.
Great place, friendly staff and great location.
Fantastic marina with a great staff!
Excellent service. Love the dog wash and air conditioned bathroom.
Great facility. Quick launch service and close to everything.
We had a fantastic 10 day stay. All staff were nice and professional. The showers were clean a set up well. Very secure with key fob. Location is perfect. There is a brewery less than 3 blocks away (Provincetown Bewery). 5 stars for sure
launch service is spectacular!
Great service. Lots of calm but efficient humor. Too bad a small motor boat ran its generator very close to our mooring while not being on board. This should be forbidden... grrr.
Excellent all around. Only negative was the unavailability of showers prior to dinner time due to poorly scheduled cleaning time. Created long delays and missed dinner reservations.
I strongly recommend this Marina. We stayed at several marina's on our trip back and by far this was the nicest marina.
HAD A GREAT TIME I'LL BE BACK.
Great Habor -- excellent service from Provincetown Maina mooring and launch people.
The worst cancellation policy of any marina I’ve been too. A $60 “administration” fee for cancelling >14 days out is shameful and greedy.
Nice facility Great launch service
The town is very nice. A grocery store to provision is outstanding. The only issue is you’re going to rock and roll all night long. Not due to any boat traffic but rollers coming in from the bay
Terrible! Shore power was NOT working and water pressure was UNUSABLY LOW. No discounts were offered either for these inconveniences. Price should have been adjusted to that of a mooring or free dock!
Loved this marina . Great amenities, walking distance to all the fun. The employees were wonderful. Definitely coming back!
Helpful friendly and competent staff.
The moorings are spacious and kept up beautifully! It’s a lovely Harbor to dinghy around. The Staff was extremely helpful in finding our mooring!
Fantastic marina and a great staff. Will definitely be back!
Deckhands, facilities, and location were excellent.
Our stay was satisfactory. Not quite as good as our previous visit, but okay.
While our stay at the moorings was good, the rates are way out of line.
I have the pleasure of staying at many marinas on the east coast and I can not express enough positive comments on how special the staff was during my last stay. Both Selena and Alex were so helpful and gracious. They provided a golf cart for one of my injured passengers. We make the trip every year to enjoy the hospitality of Provincetown and to have and we were not let down. They were exceptional people that understand the meaning of customer service. Please thank them again for me and looking forward to our return visit. "The Mimster"
Wonderful stay, amazingly helpful friendly staff and service. Facilities are well kept.and very comfortable. Highly recommended, will return for sure
Staff was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Marina is in great condition with clean amenities. Definitely will stay here again!
Mooring was great as were the tender operators. Good operating hours and nice folks. Minor nit, the fuel dock kids were inexperienced. Not great communication when boats are waiting and attempt to hustle you off dock even when boats aren’t waiting. Could use an adult in the room. That said, will stay at the marina again.
The launch service and drivers are great. Nice to see our old favorites still there. Nice bathrooms and showers as well as nice area to hang outside and chat with other boaters with firepit. Provincetown is a great destination for restaurants shopping and a good time.
We had an excellent time at Provincetown marina as always, I give them 6 stars ⭐️
Beautiful marina with all nice amenities. Only problem was our arrival. We were assigned a slip, but when we got there, there was no one there to help. Had to handle our own lines. We’re told later, that they were busy helping other boats… ok…. They did however, let us use their shore power recorder when mine pooped out. That was very nice. Of course if they hadn’t offered the cord, we wouldn’t been charged the extra electricity fee..
Hi guys, 20 amp breaker in dock pedestal too small for boats whose 30 amp cable is standard. Causes tripping of shore pedestal breaker. Otherwise, great staff and facilities. Thanks, Bruce
Fantastic Staff at P-town! Awesome accommodations! Love P-Town Marina! Thank you all!
Excellent service, clean facilities and a prime location. We are coming back!
I've been visiting this marina for a few years now and they are always the nicest most accommodating people. Beautiful well kept marina
The Marina staff here is the best around. Cleanliness of showers and bathrooms was outstanding and felt super comfortable during these covid times.
Just unbelievable!!! Great facilities, extremely nice and accommodating. Was our first time there and they provided excellent directions and came out to help us dock. Extremely professional operation! Can’t say enough great things about the staff and Marina. We will be back. Thank you!!
Awesome - great Mainer!! Starting with the welcome of Craig and staff. The facilities exceptionally clean!! Beautiful view and walking to town and great food and drinks.
We had such an amazing visit to Provincetown Marina. The staff and dock hands could not have been more helpful. The dock was clean and it rises with the tide so it’s always an easy step off the boat. Also very secure. We will be back next year. Thank you Mike, Melania and the staff that made our stay so enjoyable.
Great facilities and very friendly staff. Had an electrical issue with breakers tripping. The staff was very helpful and flexible in coming to a scenario that worked for me. Always a great place to visit!
Great staff nice clean everyone is so nice and helpful love visiting provincetown
Very pleased with staff. Always helpful and detailed. Very nice accommodations, services. Convenient and will be back! Thank you for the checkout/departure reminder call! Was enjoying it so much almost overstayed our slip!
Always a great stay here! First class marina. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Nice marina on a great location. Helpful staff. Clean restrooms.
Beautiful facility with outstanding staff, extraordinarily helpful people.
Excellent facility, new docks, Excellent staff and help coming in even at closing time. Thanks for a good stay.
Great spot! Easy access, friendly staff, mooring field was calm, and great views. Highly recommend
Easy entry after the headwall and excellent marina/service. Definitely on the return list. Dinner at the Red Inn was exceptional
it was a great time. that manager of the marina was incredibly helpful. can't wait to get back that's this summer
Great facilities. Great people. Would like to have left earlier but had to wait until office opened at 9:00 AM to get a pump out.
Unreasonable. Gone there for years, had to check in hurricane damage in Florida. Gave them 10 day notice. Asked for off season credit and they said no. Find them more inflexible than most Marinas. Too many other good choices of marinas. Won’t go back
Great town location with helpful staff and nice amenities. Pump out was unbelievably simple, convenient and the best vacuum pressures we have experienced in our three years of travel.
Excellent staff, close to town and beautiful floating docks. The only issue we had was accumulation of considerable algae around the boat caused the strainers to clog and we had to call a diver.
We love staying at Provincetown Marina! Every summer we sail here from The Hamptons. It is an extremely welcoming and well-kept marina. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The laundry facilities are great and we love sitting up by the televisions and enjoying the ambiance and warmth of the fire-pits. Whether booking dock space, or staying out on a mooring ( Tom and all of the launch drivers are wonderful!) we always have a memorable stay at Provincetown Marina and look forward to coming back. Thank you!
Marina is excellent… infrastructure of the marina is well maintained and in excellent condition. Wi-Fi is excellent. Town is close and a fun destination. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Marina with an extremely helpful staff. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back soon!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
Great facility great staff
Location can't be beat right in the middle of downtown. Very helpful staff were on the shuttle boat to guide us to our mooring. Shuttle service folks were always very courteous and upbeat. Facilities couldn't be used because we arrived in the unprecedented "sewer emergency" day. However the staff tried to do the best they could to point us to open restaurants or other atractions. Very recommendable if a bit on the pricey side.
Very nice place to stay for boaters. Launch crew was excellent! Very friendly and very nice facilities. Will visit again.
Location is great, Marina is of good quality. Was a windy weekend so was fortunate to be in the downwind side of the marina offering protection.
Nice marina nice people $120 for a mooring?? Not nice.
Very close to the center of town (apart from a lengthy walk). I find it a bit much to be charged $5 for a bag of ice when you are paying this much for a slip. Not to mention $70 per night for electric
Excellent facilities at a outstanding location. Great staff.
Great marina. Excellent service. Nice amenities. Very comfortable.
I want to thank the crew, for all of their assistance and more importantly, their attitude. They accommodated us, we had a handicapped person on board. They put us right by the gangway and couldn't have been more professional. The new fire pit and TV deck are terrific! We will see you soon!!
As always great place and great amenities
PTown is terrific… people-watching, dining, shopping, arts, beaches are all super. “Piddly” criticism: it’s a long walk from the docks before finding any grass for the pups.
This stay at Provincetown Marina was the best stay we have ever had. We are already planning our next return to Provincetown Marina ASAP. Thank you!
We just had another great stay at the Provincetown marina staff is awesome and facilities so clean amazing location weather on foot or using your dinghy.
Not sure what to say that hasn’t been said. Amazing location. Amazing facilities. Cheap laundry. Everything else is super expensive. But good service. …you get what you pay for.
The Provincetown Marina is top-shelf. The entire staff is courteous and helpful, always there to get your lines or address any issues. The facility has huge, new concrete docks & wide ramps. The fire pit and outdoor TV lounge area is awesome. Bathrooms are clean with separate showers. Laundry on site. Bike racks are on site in two locations. Launch service usually readily available and runs late. Security is good with key fobs necessary to enter all gates. Best part is there are endless fun things to do in and around Provincetown. Bikes are a good idea if you need to get to the supermarket or want to explore Provincetown. This is our longtime favorite go-to.
The staff was exceptional and the accommodations were very nice. Clean bathrooms and laundry room.
Friendly staff, great shuttle service!
The marina staff is very friendly and facilities are always clean. We stayed 7-nights since there’s so much to do in PTown. We had a great time at the beach, biking all around, shopping, and visiting galleries.
Perfect stay! Thank you
We hadn't been to the Provincetown Marina in a few years and found the new facilities to be a major improvement. The launch drivers were great.
This is a superb marina. The location is perfect, staff are friendly, and the facilities are beautiful and clean. Tender service was reliable and convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Rated it 4 rather than 5 stars simply for the price. This may be the most expensive mooring in New England at $110 per night which seems inordinate. The location and easy access to town is what you pay for.
The Marina staff, from office to launch captains we're wonderful. We would highly recommend Provincetown Marina to all our sailing friends. Keep up the good work. Patriot.
Great marina great staff
Well protected and clean facilities. We used the mooring field. Moorings are very close together and expensive. Launch service fast and friendly. Right in the center of Ptown.
Very nice marina. Great staff that were very helpful getting our boat secured to the dock. Excellent location - very short walk to the downtown area. Restrooms and showers were clean and convenient. Would recommend to others visiting Provincetown.
Another great visit to P’town! Great marina crew this year - professional & friendly.
Great Marina very helpful staff fun place to stay
Excellent location to town. Launch service. Bathrooms and shower area very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.
Not our first time… it’s awesome and we keep going back
Perfect! We look forward to our next visit!
Great staff, great service. Will be back!
Great slips in a really convenient location. Staff was very friendly and professional. Only complaint is that it's pricey.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and showers are clean and nice. Will go again.
Fantastic experience. We hailed, was led to our mooring, and transferred to shore.
Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful.
Awesome Marina. Awesome Staff. I am probably biased because my home Marina is Charlestown Marina which is also awesome!
Fantastic facility with probably the best Dock Master we’ve experienced on the entire East Coast since leaving FL this spring. This young woman Dock Master has the clearest communication skills directing multiple large and small boats to their slips and fuel dock in a very synchronized fashion. She was phenomenal!
beautiful weekend! This marina is very nice, clean and so convenient to Commercial Street, the hub of activity in P-Town!
We left an hour before low tide and found keel grounded at the dock. That shouldn't have happened. We were able to push ourselves free. Good we didn't wait any longer to depart. Don't let them dock your sailboat on dock 10 or below. The staff was friendly and except for the above blunder helpful. The facilities were good. Nice firepit. Stayed again. This time on a mooring ball. Great friendly service. Desk, launch, etc.. very good communication when setting up the reservations.
Provincetown Marina is exceptional. Great people. Great Service. Amazing venue. the harbor is a classic New England harbor adjacent to a remarkable town that accepts everyone. Great restaurants, shops and beaches. Great place to travel.
Moorings are INSANELY expensive. More than anywhere I've ever seen.
Love Tom, Tom, and Craig. They are always accommodating and very friendly. The marina is clean and well maintained. We will be back several times this season.
Provincetown is a great place to visit. Lots of very good restaurants, things to see and lots of very strange individuals walking around. The marina is right in the center of things, is easy to get into and out of, and the staff is very helpful.
Provincetown Marina is the best marina on the East Coast. Everyone from the office, deck hands and tender staff are exceptional. The whole organization is professional and incredibly accommodating. I have never experienced the level of service that this marina provides in the past. I highly recommend this marina not only for its incredible location but for the fantastic staff that work here! We also enjoyed the amenities including the dog wash!
Great staff and a first class marina. We keep returning because of this.
Clean facilities, nice and professional staff, excellent mooring location.
Been going for years but no longer. Marina has serious power issues and management does not care. Voltage fluctuates pedestal to pedestal to where cords are everywhere. Called last week to see if any fixes have been made and they were rude and said its the boats that have the problem not the marina. This has been going on for years and corporate office had no comment. Really too bad as its a nice marina just mismanaged and faulty electrical system.
Not happy, I had to cancel reservation as I developed mechanical problems giving more than twenty four hour notice and I was charged nonetheless
Clean facilities, friendly staff. Moorings, were very tightly packed but no more so than Marblehead. Very convenient location.
The staff was helpful when we arrived and Craig the dock manager ensured the Pat's game was on in the outdoor patio TV.
We started off on a mooring but decided to move over to the docks. It made all the difference. Great location! Great weekend!
Fantastic location - great staff and wonderful amenities. Can’t wait to go back!
This marina is like brand new. Staff is friendly and very helpful - even lent us a shore cable when ours went for a inadvertant swim. More convenient to downtown than anything I can think of. Kind of enjoyed being lulled to sleep by the faint thump of dance music from the Boatslip (we had the ports open b/c no AC this last trip). Showers and laundry all top notch. We took a slip for convenience, but met several folks on moorings who were very pleased. Wide variety of boats in this marina.
The marina it’s nice and modern. It is also the most expensive Marina in New England. Even more than Nantucket. Perhaps the best thing is the launch hours if you are dining out. 8-11
It’s always a great experience going to Provincetown Marina. Very nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Very impressed this year
Very friendly staff, especially the launch drivers. Excellent amenities and facilities. Outstanding access to town. Expensive and as is true at many places, the check in procedure is highly variable. I got some key info just by happening upon somebody else being checked in.
Great docks and staff Very well Kept Will return
Great staff and service.
Great facilities and helpful staff!
Great Time and really good people working there.
Marina Staff could not have been more accommodating. Close to town and all of the shops, shows, and restaurants.
Very nice marina and staff. The town and surrounding area are fun to visit, except for the mask mandate that requires you to wear a mask anytime you go indoors. We decided to just enjoy the outdoors with a nice bike ride, dinghy ride and beach walk.
Beautiful marina and accommodations. We stayed in the newer section by dock F. Staff very helpful with docking amd answering all questions. We will definitely be back.
Was our first visit and only for one night ... but good people and making it work ...
Very nice facilities and friendly staff
Another 5 star stay at Provincetown Marina. Staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. Restrooms and showers very clean. Love coming here!
Unfortunately I did not stay. I had called to reschedule my stay due to a mechanical issue. I was denied due to policy which I understand. But in the same token one of friends canceled the same day as I did and has been able to rebook 4 different times now. And talking with other members of my yacht club who have all be able to reschedule a booking. The reason for one star is because there cancellation policy is not consistent. They shouldn’t pick and choose who is allowed to reschedule or refund.
Amazing clean hospitality was Amazing great ricks so easy to walk downtown and walk or stumble home depending. Highly recommend #Provincetownmarina for everyone and can’t wait for our next journey back💙⚓️
Great facilities, staff and location. The moorings are a bit unprotected ( not the marinas fault) and it was pretty rocky. Overall a great stay. We had friends on the dock system and it was fantastic.
A beautiful Marina with lots of beautiful boats! Staff is very professional and super accommodating. The showers and bathrooms are very spacious, the laundry is clean, and we loved the fire pit with the TVs outdoors. It felt like a resort stay.
Provincetown Marina is the best marina we have ever stayed in on the East Coast. The staff is top notch, the accommodations excellent, and it has everything you may need close by. We have stayed here twice, we will definitely be back soon!
Stayed 2 nights on a mooring. Got a little choppy at times from wakes and strong SW gale. There is not much protection to the south. Pricy but Super convenient location. Great facilities and showers. Dock and launch staff very friendly and helpful. Launch driver showed me to my mooring. Launch service is included in the mooring fee but water is not ($15). All in all a great stay and I’ll be back.
The PTown marina staff is friendly, helpful, and good at what they do. Internet access was problematic so that was a bit troublesome when trying to do some work, but the experience is great, the location is perfect, and the staff is terrific!
Stayed on a mooring and the launch service is wonderful, they are always friendly and helpful.
My pithy response is that it was excellent from reservation through departure!
Great place and people BUT one big issue, they don't have anyone or any recommendations for engine repair. My engine was overheating and they had no one or know of anyone who can work on it. (I fixed it myself after some trial and error but the issue was a dark cloud hovering over my stay). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE at least have a list of people I can call, the front desk answer to my ask of "Sorry, we don't know anyone" was VERY disconcerting, especially when you have a wife and 2 young kids who were worried about getting home.
Great Marina, staff is very friendly and helpful, launch pilots were awesome. Paying for water a little hard to handle
You couldn't ask for a better location in P-town. LOVED how big/steady their concrete floating docks are. Suggest bow out or bow in (N/S) to better ride the boat/ferry wakes. We were Bow to N at B-2 and it was great with views of the harbor off our transom. We talked to other boaters who were E/W in a slip and they said it rolled a bit. Loved the gated/security and the firepits are on for a relaxing sit at night. We had a blast checking out P-town and would definitely come back here! Dinghy ride around the whole harbor or anchor out to see the seals!
Beautiful, well kept marina with an amazing staff. The dockhands Serena and George were a great help tying up and very friendly for sticking around to make sure our power and water was all set. Abigail was very helpful on the phone while making our reservation and promised to do her best to get us a slip next to our friends (she was successful). Will be coming back next year!
This place is great! Beautiful, well maintained marina with a courteous and attentive team. Location is great too. Close enough to be “in town” with a two minute walk but far enough away that you are removed from the hustle of the town itself.
Great stay - love the new floating docks, showers, fire pits etc. we’ll be back!
Great marina. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had a problem tripping the shore power pedestals but Alec was very persistent in solving the problem which he ultimately solved. Then he kept checking on us to make sure all was ok. Bathrooms were spotless. Clean showers. Very modern marina with a wonderful staff. Nice beach right there and commercial st is a 2 minute walk.
Great Marina. Close to everything. Friendly & helpful staff. We will definitely be back!
Great in close location. Very nice facilities. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
This marina sets a high standard . Very nice facilities , excellent launch service and professionally managed in every aspect . Perfect!
The dockhands met us at the dock and stayed with us to we were all set up with tie up, power and water. The were super helpful and friendly, as was the managers of the marina, although our interaction was limited, it was very professional and friendly. This was my first trip on my new boat. It was a bit intimidating pulling into the picturesque historic marina. The docking space could not have been better, wide berths and no current to contend with while docking. 40 minutes north out of Ptown, with a 330 degree heading we encountered 3 whales that we circled and seemingly played with along with 4 other boats for close to and hour. My passengers said the entire boating experience was one of the best trips they have had. Going back next year.
One of the nicest Marinas in MA. Over.y friendly staff and clean facilities with great leisure amenities... location to town can’t be beat... been coming for a week plus stay for number of years now...
Great facilities, but no control over late night partying guests.
Another great stay at Provincetown Marina. Friendly and attentive staff and great central location along with a modern facility and infrastructure!
You get what you pay for - expensive but top notch marina: friendly service and dock hands, clean Large bathrooms and showers, laundry, outdoor lounge area on the water with fire pits and big screen TVs. Very protected sea walls and always answer on VHF #9
Awesome facility. Solid mooring. The launch rocks. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Everyone was really nice. Except the woman in the main office who was snarky and seemed to be totally bothered anytime someone showered as she then had to sanitize the shower rooms before or after each person. That’s her job right? So why does she make us feel like we are bothering her? Others commented as well.
Great facility- great staff - very accommodating
I couldn’t recommend this marina more. I had the engine of my sailboat die a mile from the marina so I changed my slip reservation to a mooring and sailed onto my mooring. Ever since, everyone at the marina, from the launch operators to the office staff, has been beyond helpful, accommodating, and nice as I’ve tried to deal with my engine trouble. The facilities are very attractive and modern. and the COVID safety precautions and procedures are well thought out and conscientiously followed. The location is beautiful and it is a three minute or less walk from the docks to the heart of town.
We had no issues with the actual service or mooring that we were on, our issue is with the astronomical price they charge for mornings and the horrific smell. The launch service is included which is great and the amenities are very nice, but when the wind blows across the barrier wall the smell of bird poop is nauseating. It was so horrific that we had to close up all of our windows and decided to leave the mooring and anchor out a ways further away from the break wall filled with birds. I understand that they can’t change the birds, but for this reason alone we would not return. Just way too stinky
Excellent service, great amenities, and close to every place you need to be in P-Town.
Gas/Diesel way overpriced. Paid double the cost of any other place for moorings and they have the audacity to charge $15 more to fill my 60 gallon water tank?
We had not been here since it was redone. Fantastic facility! We will be back!!
Simply Fantastic! Amazing service. Top notch experience. Lauren the wonderful dock hand said while we were in the midst of struggling with a power coed and circuit breaker issue after a 14 hr passage “what could I do to be most helpful”? Simply a perfect response! Then Tom the manager came and helped and made certain we were all set and personally carted me to the ofc to check in. Later he was at the fuel docks helping out there. The ofc staff was so very courteous throughout. A real joy to visit all around. Beautiful facilities. Exactly what you expect from an Oceans Haven property - amongst the best and an example for some of the others for sure! Great job and thanks from us!
Marina is great. Staff is excellent and always so helpful. Their COVID-19 cleaning protocols are outstanding, made us feel very safe. Thanks for a great trip.
Excellent experience. Marina has new owners and has been completely redone since our last visit several years ago. Great help at the dock, beautiful new facilities. A walk down the pier brings you directly to the center of P-town. We’ll be back.
Facilities were good, launch service good too. Moorings were reasonably well protected from wakes. Central location. Very personable office staff--enthusiastic and helpful.
This is a great facility with some wonderful people. We'll be back.
Highway robbery for a one night stay. Get a hotel room, probably cheaper and you get maid service.
This is a limited review since we only stayed at a mooring for one night and never actually explored the land side of the marina facility. The staff with whom I interacted was extremely courteous and professional (in particular, Tom the launch driver). Upon arrival we considered upgrading to a slip and run the AC (as it was a hot, humid day), but decided not to which turned out to be the right decision. The mooring field is well protected and we enjoyed a very comfortable night with the steady, prevailing Southwesterly breeze cooling the cabin perfectly. One warning regarding the cost of the slip: there is a $40 per night electric hookup charge (for one 30amp circuit), plus a water hookup fee. I gather this is fairly standard in that particular area, but is certainly a bit of a surprise coming from other cruising locations.
Really helpful friendly staff, Quiet location, Right next to town
Great showers, bathrooms and laundry. Super close to town. Nice people. BUT $15 dollars a day for water????? Ridiculous given the prices there for overnight docking.
We love PTown and all it has to offer. The marina is top notch in many ways, front desk reception, deck staff and facilities. However, given rate structure, I cannot understand the $15 dollar per day water charge. This seems nickel and dime to me and diminishes the obvious attempt at being a first rate destination. If the water costs or availability is a local issue, perhaps say so but it seems petty to cough up yet another fee to rinse your boat after a potentially rough sea. It’s not the money, but really, locking all the faucets? Not cool.
One of the best marinas I've gone to Easy walk to downtown. Love the fire pit
We love this marina. It’s so convenient for us to get to. We travel in a 355 Monterey from the south shore of Massachusetts to this marina. It’s about an hour and half ride to this marina. The docks are cement, sturdy, wide & floating so it is easy to disembark & board. No climbing up and down ladders. The restrooms/showers are brand new and clean. There is a outside seating area with fire pit and flat screen tv if you want to sit, relax & socialize. There is a gas dock. It is in walking distance of all PTown has to offer. Great restaurants, shops sights and beaches. At the end of the dock is a bus/shuttle to the beaches. It’s a great marina in a fabulous location.
very clean and upscale dock. Security A+. gated entry way with a key fob needed. shuttle service provided. Beautiful sunset!!!
Courteous friendly helpful lots of nice touches like fire pit and outdoor tv quiet safe. A little pricey but worth it to me
The marina is clean, roomy and efficient but all this expected for the extravagant price.
A premium marina. A mix of luxury yachts and small boats. About a 4 minute walk to the middle of Commercial Street. Very clean facilities and nice fire pit near the main office. It's nice to be able to just walk on and off the boat rather than shuttle out to a mooring -- and you pay $$$ for it. Occasional downside: being next to a big yacht with loud partying or a ship that leaves its bright deck lights on all night. There are advantages of being out on a ball.
Great location. Staff is professional, courteous, & well trained. We love your cozy fire-pit area with the large TV’s!
Great marina & staff! Always love staying at PTOWN Marina & spending time in town.
Friendly staff, well maintained facilities and very convenient to the town.
We stayed at a slip for three nights over a busy weekend. We had a very good experience. Dockhands met us on arrival. The marina is clearly a first class operation. The facilities are clean and modern. The marina was at full capacity plus on a beautiful weekend. This caused occasional delays in shower/bathroom availability at peak times.
Marina has good depth in the larger slips and decking and electrical are first rate. It is in the middle of town in a great location. Only downside is it’s a long walk from the farthest dockage
Good marina....new docks.....power and water is good. Great location. Bathrooms can use renovation
Stayed on a mooring. Placid, quiet beautiful setting, prompt and personable launch service, great all around. Docks are completely new. Does anyone need to say anything about PTown? It's completely unique and charming, one of a kind.
Beautiful docks. Dockside pump out, water, elec. and plenty of room between boats. Clean showers even for the dog! great location downtown is a short walk. The service was excellent. A bit expensive but you get what pay for.
Always my favorite stop. Marina itself great, great location and staff very nice. See u next year!
LOVE the moorings at Provincetown Marina. It is peaceful and protected and everyone is so nice from the office staff to the launch drivers. The bathroom facilities are clean and they even have a fire pit to sit by with a big screen TV. We can't wait to come back!
Came over with a club cruise. Provincetown Marina has done a great job with the facility. The restrooms are clean and modern. Launch service is staffed by very helpful drivers, and the late evening hours are appreciated. The town itself is a fun and lively place to stroll, our grandsons loved the shops and beaches. We'll be back, over and over.
Many things to do here. We saw whales and a play in town . Launch service was fast and easy. Only odd thing was you have to pay for water on top of the high priced moorings.
Great facilities, friendly launch. Never waited more than 5mn for a launch. Will be back!!
Moorings by the foot? I’m sure the owners know where the money is. We came for a group event. It’s unlikely we will cruise here otherwise, as there are many nicer destinations that are far le$$ . It is nice to walk through town to see the diverse shows, but not a place for small children....
Great location, Nice fires at night. Stayed in a slip this time. Crew very helpful getting us on and off the dock. Will be back.
Excellent marina. Very helpful staff. Well run and clean. Docks all new. Moorings well maintained. Launch service very efficient. Right off of Commercial street, easy walk. Will be back
Great stay, staff very friendly and helpful. The facility is a first class marina and Provincetown has plenty of great things to do.
Launch service was exceptional. The facility is top notch. Only comment or suggestion would be that voters that have dinghies are requested to tie them along side of their boat. Our moringa location was rather tight to a sailboat next to us it when he tied his dinghy off the stern the boats got way too close when they were swinging. We will certainly visit this marina again.
Excellent stay. Great service and great facilities. The bathrooms are very clean.
Overall this was a good place to stay. Launch service is included (which is great, because paying a rate per foot for a mooring isn’t cool), and they were very responsive to calls. You get dropped off at the dock and it is a 1/4 mile walk to Commercial Street. Lots of commercial boat traffic and pleasure craft makes for unsettled water, with plenty of rock and rolling.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have showers along with outside sitting area for watching TV in the evenings.
High end Marina Very good service Excellent location at the middle of the town
Great staff and launch service. Only negative is mooring costs. More than twice other harbors.
pleasant launch driver showed us the mooring but we had to make 3 passes to pick it up in a strong wind. I cut my finger pulling on the pennant. The mooring at $102 was extremely overpriced, although the launch service was fine and the launch operator a very helpful tour guide.
a VERY nice facility, and close to the nightlife down town. Ptown has more restaurants and bars than any other local destination. Common areas at the marina are very nice, modern, clean. Shower facilities are better than average. Staff is very helpful and professional. Our second stay was better than the first. The staff here is great...and there seems to be a great assortment of boaters here. such a fun community.
I made a reservation 9/17/18 for 2 nights (9/19 and 9/20) and paid in full. My boat is 22 ft but had to pay a minimum of 25 ft. The web page said $2 to $2.50 per ft but I had to pay $2.50 for 25 ft or a total of $125. I left the Hull Yacht Club at 8:00 am after listening to the weather and put in 2 reefs. When I got into open water I realized this would be dangerous and turned around. I called the marina and told I would forfeit all $125. I asked about a future credit and told no. Changing plans due to bad weather is beyond ones control and some leniency should be extended particularly in the fall season after Labor Day when the marina has plenty of available moorings. My suggestion is that you strongly consider offering me a full credit for the 2019 season. I have been at the marina and appreciate the improvements and would like to enjoy a return in 2019. Paula Fleck S/V CatNap
can’t believe a bag of ice is $5.00. Outrageous!!!! As usual, we were more than happy to see Scott!! The BEST! Not to keen on Mike, launch operator. Had to wait 18 minutes for a pick up this AM
Beautiful harbor, prompt and friendly launch service. Clean bathrooms.
we frequent this marina staff is very professional and willing to lend a hand the slips are wide and easy in and out access deep water new docks with new Electric and water hook ups great restaurants and night life also fishing is great striped bass were all over plenty of wild life from Whales to seals recommend highly great place
My last booking at Ptown marina left a bad taste in my mouth. We’ve enjoyed the stop over the last four years and were booked for three nights this summer. As can happen we suffered a major mechanical problem three days before the trip and had to cancel. We used Dockwa to cancel all of our other marina reservations and included a note as to why. Every other marina refunded my money w/o issue except Ptown. They stuck by their 2 week cancellation and kept over $2,000 they charged my card. If you book them it is a nice place but be sure to get there. Apparently weather and boat safety are not a concern to them. I’m happy to now change my review. After reconsideration the marina has decided to issue me a full credit against my charge. I appreciate their change of heart and look forward to returning once my boat is repaired.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Provincetown Marina. The new E-Dock area is a big improvement over the inside slips. A much better view with adequate power and water pressure. My only complaint is that they insist on acting like an Airline and charge extra for everything (power and water). We were even changed $10 per day for water when we didn't even use it. They already charge a lot more than the previous owner did. I realize that they have spent a lot improving the Marina but Provincetown isn't Nantucket!
The marina and staff were great, the showers and rest rooms very clean, we were lead to our mooring by the launch driver which was very nice. The only complaint I have is no one advised us to check in with the office once we were secure, this should be communicated when requesting your slip/mooring assignment. Otherwise a really great place.
Awesome state of the art docks! The staff was the friendly and always working to better our stay.see u next year!
Everything was great BUT we had to move our boat to another slip because the electrical towers on A-Dock cannot support 50 AMP/220 volts...we learned of this after some troubleshooting and their onsite electrician told us that it has been a problem since the marina was renovated...this all came up after we were well settled into our slip...fortunately they had another slip to move us into.
Wonderful stay, as always. I do wish the WiFi extended out into the mooring field; it can't be relied upon there. Launch captains are always friendly and helpful.
The marina is a beautiful, clean and secure facility and convenient to prime downtown area. The reason that I did not rate them as a five star was that they did not respond quickly to my Dockwa request as other marinas did in sandwich and ptown. Also we were concerned about the rolling effect from whale watch boats and ferries from a visit to the harbor years ago. We called and talked about these concerns with with the marina office and were assured that we would be in a protected area. Wrong ..,we did get rolling effects and the mooring area was quite bouncy from a strong south south west winds. There price is about 30 per cent higher than there local competition for amooring nor do they offer a boatus discount
Excellent marina. Both the marina itself and the slips were easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities clean and attractive. Marina is close to the center of town.
Mooring field can get really bumpy. People don't observe no wake zone. Facility is very nice. Restrooms very clean. Friends had overbooked a day by mistake and we all left a day early due to weather safety. Wasn't happy that there is no recourse for early departure $. Boating is always dependent on weather and marinas should be more flexible.
Our one night stay on a mooring on 6/25/18 was ok but not great; and definitely not worth the exorbitant price. Only one line from mooring ball to our 39 foot sailboat, and it was so thick I couldn't easily make it secure around my cleat. Arrived just after six PM after a rough sail through high winds and big seas. Launch driver, whoo showed us to our mooring, told us we really needed to hurry to get ashore and check in at the office which closes at 7:00PM. So we hurried and made it to the office door at 6:40PM only to find the office closed, and then learn the following day that office closes at 5:00PM. Bathrooms were ok and fairly clean but nothing extraordinary. Clearly these guys think demand for moorings in Ptown justifies the price. I beg to differ. Next time I'll go to Flyers or anchor out.
We had a great time, the marina was clean and well kept, everyone was very friendly and outgoing, awesome weekend!
The marina performed perfectly. The price of a mooring is the highest I have ever seen in southern Massachusetts, but I knew that before I made the reservation. My only complaint is something the marina has no control over. We were at the part of the mooring field that was closest to shore. It was still a substantial distance to shore, but there was a place on shore with such loud music, the constant drum beat (that went well into the night) made me uncomfortable.
This was our second visit to the Provincetown Marina this summer. It's wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and very clean. We highly recommend it.
Great crew, excellent facility but a bit oversold. Had to move during the stay. Be back is 2 weeks and looking forward!
We spend a few nights on the moorings. Launch drivers were AMAZING! Incredibly responsive and very helpful. As most of the other reviews have said, its a pretty high price for not a lot. Mooring balls only had one line off them and no floating flag on the pennant to pickup. We were rocked a lot (smaller boats way more) as ferries and fishing boats came in and out of the west end of the break water. Nothing wrong with the marina or services per se, but UNFORTUNATELY, they have a lock on all the space reasonably close to the dock. The night before we left, we anchored in the cove west of the CG station and it was much flatter/nicer. We opted for deep water (~55') away from all the other boats, but with about 325' of rode out, we had no issues. Would have stayed the whole time on anchor, except if there is any chop, its a long dinghy ride back to the town dock. Provincetown itself was great....took our boat to go whale watching and was awesome. Just look for the commercial boats on AIS the night before and go there :)
Delightful place in the heart of downtown. Great docks and super power. Staff very attentive and helpful. Price a bit steep. Accommodations good and secure. Only issue is whale watching boats from the next dock are very disturbing when running generators dockside. DOLPHIN VII was a particular offender.
Although the location and facilities are very nice, the staffing is weak. We came in with a difficult wind direction for getting into the slip assigned and there was just one dockhand who appeared to be a little inexperienced. $35 per night for 30 amp service is a rediculously high fee. No hot water in the men's shower at 6 AM. No hands to help down at the gas dock. There was an older guy running the fuel dock who didn't want to come down the ramp. I don't mind paying high rates for quality customer service but I did not feel like I go that at my stay at Provincetown Marina. ASK
This is a premier marina. Excellent facility with tremendous staff. The recent renovations are impressive. Plus PTown is a beautiful port with great restaurants and shops in a beautiful setting
Upgraded facilities make for a good experience. Professional MGMT and staff.
Clean, new, accommodating, safe, fire pit and and fun social scene. Easy into town
The new owners have made great improvements to this marina. If you haven't been back ion the last year I encourage you to make the trip. New and improved showers, new and expanded docks, updated fuel dock and very relaxing captains lounge.
New docks are beautiful; friendly dock master and dock hands to greet you and help with your lines; sitting by the fire pit in the evening so enjoyable. Weather was not the best, but our weekend at Provincetown Marina was!
