Staff was helpful at the dock upon arrival and with a pumpout later. Access to the Riverwalk and downtown restaurants and pubs was great. The marina and city are quite dog-friendly.

The location of the marina provides easy access to restaurants, shops, groceries, museums, farmer's market, bike paths, public art, parks, etc. The city has done an amazing job of making people and dog-friendly spaces that offer so much enjoyment. And best of all, is Frank D the marina manager who makes it all possible with his friendly and helpful attitude. He is definitely customer-oriented and always polite.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Currently the restrooms/showers and laundry are very far from the transient dockage, but they are building new facilities that will enable them to be closer. Its location and proximity to downtown restaurants and a Publix store also make it a great marina compared to most.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but the "marina" was not what we expected It's in an amusement/entertainment complex filled with noise, blaring music, screens and tons of people that were not boaters. The only restrooms available were those open to the public within the complex. No shower facilities at all and we never got the info regarding a wifi password. The dockage fee of $149.00 seemed outrageous based on the lack of amenities. The atmosphere and constant noise were not suited to us and then a large houseboat, the infamous Tommy Girl (being delivered to a client in Miami) docked next to us and ran their generator all night. If bars, glitz and noise are to your liking, stop here. Otherwise seek out a different location.

Internet service was poor. Restaurant was closed. One sink in women's restroom did not drain. We did manage to get a courtesy car for a grocery run to Pickwick Market early the morning we left, but had to get the entry gate code from other boaters. Infact, the advice, help and cameraderie with other boaters was the best thing about this overnight stop!

Great location with respect to access to restaurants and museums. We sure wish a small market that sold a few groceries would open downtown. It would benefit tourists as well as locals who live/rent in the downtown area. Dock staff were friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, because we stayed over on a Monday/Tuesday in mid-Sept, there are no restaurants/businesses open near the marina and no other people staying on their boats. We walked into Linda's Family Restaurant on Tuesday morning and had a great breakfast though. Marina is clean, well-kept and staff are friendly. It's just ver quiet at this time of year.
