Best Marina period! No equivalents..a must stay in southern GA

Worst experience in decades of boating. No dockmaster closed early with no notice from Dockwa or Marina after accepting our reservation. No docking assistance, no power assistance had to string my cable and then find switches to turn on power, internet worthless and unusable. Super Premium pricing with NO service. Low tide on leaving showing less than documented depth. Would not have made reservation if this was known in advance. Requesting 30% refund.

The updated floating docks are wonderful. The baths are beautiful and the lounge is a great resource. But the best experience was the service we received from the Oxford Boatyard. We had a failed air conditioning system that had leaked all of the freon. Graham Norbury diagnosed the issue and effected a quick repair to save our cruise! This is one of the best and most capable technical resources I have encountered in any marina on the Bay in 21 years of ownership.

No staff available/no answer to repeated VHF/arrived before closing/phone not answered/left message/responded 1 hour after we docked with liveaboard assistance/I demand a rebate/avoid this marina/worst experience in 35 years

GREAT DOCKING HELP. ONE OF THE FEW MARINA IN THE LITTLE RIVER, SC TO TAKE IN TRANSIENTS. NICE FACILITY AND I'M SURE WHEN THE VIRUS DISAPPEARS THE PLACE WILL ROCK AGAIN!

A real disappointment. Docks are old and in poor repair Mem's bathouse:terrible walls covered with dried soap which shows they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Apparently the ventilation system doesn't work since there was a box fan set on high to circulate some air. Sinks were dirty In the future I'll stay at the family owned Port Royal Landing Marina Beaufort is a nice little town but it looks like Safe Harbor isn't putting in any improvements. The office staff didn't provide access codes but lots of advertisement literature. Overall, I want a refund. One small bright spot dock staff was polite and got us docked safely. Zero stars

Docks are shabby and should have been replaced years ago. Bathrooms are 1/2 mile from the slips

I love the staff at Zahnisers as they provide consistent, reliable, and pleasant services. I am less enamored with Dockwa. It does not provide the proper human interface when things go wrong. We scheduled a recent Saturday arrival at Zanhisers. Powerful winds pushed us away from our destination. I sent an email to the dockmaster (who is not on the weekends) and luckily a staffer checked that mail and moved our reservation to Sunday. Saturday we had another boat issue that forced us home. Zahnisers insisted we cancel with Dockwa and therefore we received a minimal refund for our lost night of dockage. Computers do wonderful things but they can replace a kind voice helping with the understanding of an emergency situation. I will not favor marinas that have a policy of insisting only on Dockwa reservations. Unfortunately, this means that I will most probably choose another marina in Solomons for my visits
