Great launch service and a beautiful location for dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Northport just across the harbor is a fun little walking around destination.

This spot is not to be missed. The protected Anchorage is calm and gorgeous. The facilities are amazing, and when the tourists leave, you have the run of the Seaport. It really makes you feel like you have gone back in time. Plus, it is a short 15 minute walk or even shorter dinghy ride to town in case you need anything additional Or want to grab dinner, drinks or ice cream. This is our fifth year and we look forward to coming back next year.

The facilities are great, with the pool, restaurant and spa all within a few feet of the dock. (Best marina bathroom in long island sound.) The mini golf course located next door, is also a fun activity for the kids and kids at heart. The dock hands are unbelievably attentive and helpful. The one knock is that the marina is relatively exposed, so if there is any weather (especially from NE, E or SE), it can be a rocky night sleep. Overall, though, we have been annually the last four years will definitely be back.

The staff was nice and helpful. Having fuel at every dock slip was great. Food in the restaurant was pretty good. Showers and bathroom were decent (not Old Saybrook, but much better than the Oar). Very strong fishing boat presence on the docks. In a 25 knot easterly, the water was relatively calm and protected.

Positives: well protected marina, walking distance to downtown Negatives: semi-welcoming dock hands, located directly next to the ferry with hourly departures, slightly industrial setting
