This was our second stay at a Safe Harbour Marina, but our first at Narrows point. The pool is amazing and the main building is very nice, however there are a few observations. 1. They have the dumpster very close to the pool and main building. The odor was horrible. 2. Upon our arrival, I could not get a deck hand to assist, nor was a welcome kit waiting at our slip 3. I attempted to check in at the office twice, but no one was ever there. I tried calling several times and got no answer. If it weren't for other guests, I would not of known the code for the wifi or gate. No one ever checked in with us. 4. The marina is old. Decking can be tricky due to the boards. It appears improvements are in the works. I hope they continue them. Overall the people who stay there were very nice. Other than the red eye employees at the pool who were great, I cannot comment on the staff as they were none I could find.
