Great staff and facilities; about a mile or so to historic Charleston with a shuttle provided.
What a great marina! Excellent staff (Jo-Lon is the vest!) big showers, 2 sets of coin-operated laundry machines, onsite restaurant, pool/hot tub, but best of all? Complimentary bikes and golf carts to ride around town. Plus! You can order from farm99.com and they will deliver fresh vegetable and fruits from local farmers on Wednesday’s! I love this marina and look forward to a return trip.
This is a well organized marina with exactly what a transient or long term visitor could ask for: easy pump out, quick fuel service, clean facilities, saltwater pool … you name it. We look forward to returning to this marina in the future.
This is a not to big marina with a lot of personal detail. Two heated pools with bars and the best … a free shuttle to downtown Key West. What a great time!
Excellent visit with this marina- even pulled the boat for a reasonably priced look-see at the props. LOVE the high pressure showers! When your Loopin’, that long hot shower means more than you know!
I have never visited a place where everyone actively encouraged me to join in a conversation, have a meal, or become a towny and watch the parade. Other than the parade, there is no real reason to leave the camous. This marina is a perfect home away from home for children to adults. We can’t wait to visit again in the future.
What was GREAT: Using Dockwa to reserve a slip and then the marina texting a diagram of the marina with our slip assignment. It’s the only way we knew what to do once inside the marina. The head ‘guy’ and ‘dock girl’ were completely tuned into helping boaters. What needs to IMPROVE: The dock crew didn’t have a working radio or a back up hand radio for hailing vessels. The place is enormous, like mega big, yet the dock crew don’t travel with radio packs? How are they communicating and managing the docks? You need an Uber to use the facilities and every marina with restaurants are gated off from one another- to tender over you will venture into the lake or you could hike. We saw 4 party boats, big boats with big fun, I hope there was a captain; Luke Duke flew into the marina and hit a sailboat like it was NASCAR. On our next trip, we will try a different marina.
This is the PERFECT marina! The owner is always making ‘good-better and better-great’. The culture of the staff is to be present and guest-centered. I cant wait to loop back through to see the completed tiki bar and have another ‘little beer’!
