Very upset that the launch can’t pick up customers on a Harbormaster mooring. I don’t understand the reason for this?
We stayed from July 4 to July 7 on a mooring. The staff was great and your restrooms and showers were spotless. Made us feel very comfortable during these Covid-19 times. There was also a Mega Yacht next door that brought hundreds of boats by to take pictures

I had reserved 3 nights in Vineyard Haven, but my wife became Ill and we couldn’t make it to the Vineyard. Hopefully we will be able to get a refund or a credit for next year. Thanks
Not enough information as to where to find the dinghy dock or where the showers are located. We would have liked more information
Everything is always great at Parker’s boat yard. We always make this a stop on our way down Buzzards Bay! ⛵️⛵️

Someone was on ball #10 when we got there, and they were reluctant to leave. He got quite loud with us telling us that there were some plenty of empty moorings and to go pick one up!! We left shortly after that because it was to rough with all Of the AquaPalooza traffic, so we did not muse the mooring ball. Bad day all around. John Hill

Mooring was perfect Steward was very helpful in the morning getting ice and bringing it to my boat. Very helpful
our stay at Plymouth this year could not have been any better. The launch, Maverick, was great. The people on Dockwa from your office were perfect. They even checked in the morning to see if everything was OK. They even asked us if we wanted to move our mooring in closer because of the east wind. Our stay could not have been better.
