I have stayed at this marina several times, very easy in and out but stay in the clearly marked channel as it is very shallow just outside the channel. I saw a dinghy aground 10' out of the channel. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and grills available as well as a ships store and fuel. Matunuck Oyster Bar is within walking distance and the food is incredible.

Awesome stay at Point Judith Marina July 31- Aug 6, 2017. The marina manger Ann was great and all the girls on the staff/gas dock were friendly and accommodating. The pool was an awesome perk. We swam every afternoon. There are updated, clean restrooms. The gas grill area is overhead covered with picnic tables. We took advantage of grilling in out in the great weather. There is a fish cleaning station as well. There is gas and diesel here as well as a pump-out station You definitely want to stay in the channel here as it can shallow up quickly. Even out exploring in the dinghy it can get shallow. We took the dinghy up the Jerusalem side and explored coves and small beaches. The Galilee side is mostly commercial boats, the Block Island Ferry and a few restaurants, shanty shack food, fish markets and ice-cream. There is no dinghy tie up on the Galilee side. Ann said they are working on it.We did want to explore the Galilee side so Ann recommended Tim from Bluebird for a car ride over. He was a pleasure. Picked us up right at the marina, (Note- cash only), he gave us some history of the area on the way over. When we were ready to come back he was there within ten minutes and took us back to the marina. Great guy.The Matunuck Oyster Bar is in walking distance to the marina and highly recommended by several marina boaters but we did not get over there. I looked it up on Trip Advisor. It receives high reviews and is a farm to table restaurant including the oysters. I guess this will be a reason to come back and stay at Point Judith Marina next year!
