The location is one of the best in any large city and St Pete is a great place. Few can compete. The marina is fine. It’s well protected and the slips are huge. It’s a city marina. It’s fine. I won’t stay anywhere else. Clarke
This is a great stop. Panama City doesn’t have a lot of marina space since the cane but these guys are up and running. They are in the middle of building a new storage building but it’s not too bad. Your an easy Uber to whatever you could want. Your in PCB not PC but that’s fine with me. Very protected and all docks and power pedestals are new.
It’s not cheap but the location is perfect. Plus the staff were more than willing to help me out with a problem I was having. As far as I’m concerned this is the only Chicago marina i will stay at.
Beautiful facility and great people. The showers were the best I’ve ever seen. My only complaint is the hot tub didn’t work and that’s why we were there. Full use of the amenities and it didn’t work.
What a beautiful cruise up the river to this tiny little town. The marina is small and very well protected. The city isn’t totally open for the season but there’s enough to keep you entertained for a day of two. My wife actually found clothes she like. That’s a major score since she is really picky. There’s also some really pretty anchorage areas if you’d rather.
Great stay. Came in with 25 knot winds blowing right off the dock. Matt brought us in and handled the lines professionally so there was no problem. Everything here is almost new and the location is very well protected. The Main Street is a short 3 block walk through historic Beaufort. You bet we’ll come again.
Always a great stop.
The location can’t be beat plus Chris and Javon were great.
The dock hands and facilities are top notch and the location can’t be beat. Our only negative is we were here during 2 gales. The second was from the west and it beat us up. No damage or anything but it was pretty uncomfortable. Their sea wall mitigated wave effect but certainly didn’t nullify it.
This was a great experience. First the marina has the best location possible. It’s in a quiet residential part of town but the restaurants and shops start literally a block away. It’s maybe a 5 minute walk to the center of town. It’s probably the best located marina I’ve ever been to. Brian, the dock master, is the best. We had some problems with the boat and got a quote to fix it. Brian asked how much and found us a great vendor for half the price. He is truly there as an advocate for his residents. He lives on site and he keeps an eye on things. I think he knows everyone in town and was an incredible resource. I know, I really am enthusiastic about this stay. We went for a day and stayed 7. One of our top 5 stops ever over 15,000 miles cruising.
Location is so great. Tiny fairways for larger boats. Be careful if your over 40 feet. Overall a great value
Simple mooring pickup with a nice pennant. The launch was coming to direct us but we got lucky and drove right to it. The launch was great and responsive. The town is small, cute and very walkable. Great place to stay.
It’s just a great place to stay and the museum is one that we really love.
Just a great place with great people. They are probably the most service oriented marina I’ve ever been to. Nick and Andrew, the owners are truly dedicated.
