I cannot recommend this harbor enough. I will grant you this is my one and only time there.. SO FAR.. but it was excellent.. The people are amazingly friendly and helpful. The inner harbor is larger than one thinks.. The moorings have a loop on the pole that you use your line on. If you haven't had these before they aren't difficult but take a little getting used to. The entrance this trip was 12 feet just before flood tide. Dredged about 2 year ago. And absolutely no problem.. 2 smaller boats can pass with care. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is a lack of showers.. But I understand the limits of a remote Island and needing to maintain the character of the Island. You must do Cuttyhunk !!!
Quick and very helpful support on VHF for firt times. Great service. Unfortunate my only complaint was were the mooring was. Next to the warf thus not much sleep that night. The noise was amazing.. Next time hopefully I can get an outside ball..
Really nice mooring. Quiet at night and good amenities. Our ball was farthest out so peace was interrupted by inconsiderate boats motoring way too fast thru mooring.

Excellent mooring for a step off for Buzzards Bay. No facilities early but I didnt need any.
Very nice place for a weekend or weeknight. The only reason for no 5th star .. I didn't see the pump out boat working like it did the last time I visited. A suggestion. Could each person who registers be assigned a mooring ball (i.e. the letter on it) And the code for the gate.
