The dock master, Amy, is a class act! The marina is clean, is in town, and has great restaurants a short distance away. Always love coming here ! Just spent two days here and the review is the same - GREAT!
Always a great place to stay! The dock hands are wonderful and the setting couldn’t be nicer.
Frist off, the marina is very nice. But for the price, there is no internet or cable tv. The staff helping to dock the boats are terrific! However, initially we were put in a slip that was barely 15 feet wide and our beam is just over 13 feet; we got in ok but we were at opposite ends of the marina from the friends we were traveling with. I asked to be moved closer and they accommodated us but after a half hour we were told that we were put in the wrong slip. If we wanted to be close to our friends we would have to be on the inside which is really too small for our boat. I asked to move back to the original slip but they said that they would help us in since "that is what they do." We accepted but it took grease to get us into that slip. I asked to change since I didn't know how I would get out of the slip without help; but, they didn't seem interested in doing that. After thinking about it, it made more sense to be back at the originally assigned slip but there was now another boat it that slip. They said that they would help me out in the morning but that I was "on my own" if we decided to leave before 8AM on Sunday. We understand that they were full but there seemed to be no interest in trying to help us out. Bottom line: I would not recommend this marina or would I o back to the New Harbor Boat Basin.
The marina is a fishing marina but the marina and people were extremely nice and helpful. They could use a few more 50 amp outlets and the WiFi was adequate. Enjoyed staying there and will go back in the future.
Love it here. Staff is the best and there is so much to do. Also, the marina is right in town! My only concern is that the cable didn’t work and the water was difficult to turn on and off; it also leaked which is a waste. Otherwise a great place to dock!
We always enjoy going to the seaport; it is a special place. The dock hands are knowledgeable and very helpful to all your needs. Our view of the Seaport at Mystic has not changed over the years!!
everyone was extremely helpful and concerned about getting me to a slip close to the shuttle and restaurant because of a bad knee. Love coming here. Just wish you could have stopped the rain on Monday the 13th.
Always love it here! My only complaint is that the wifi could be stronger. Staff is friendly and very helpful in docking. It is also a great location and close to the Hopper.
We attended the Brewers rendezvous and initially booked at Stirling. However, the events were at Brewers Greenport and I have a bad knee so the walk from Stirling, although not far, would be problematic for me. Jeff was so kind to fit me into Greenport and canceled the Stirling reservation. Very friendly people there and all willing to help. We found the transportation shuttle to town to be fine. There is a restaurant on site and a more formal one at Stirling. Love our two days at Brewers Greenport and much appreciated Jeff's efforts!
A clean and up to date marina. The dock staff were great and knew what they were doing. Close or right in town. Great restaurants and all within walking distance.
