One of the best experiences at any Marina. Once we were approaching, Aaron texted very detailed instructions concerning wind, tides, slip location and which side to tie up with. Made it very easy.
After telling James we would there after closing, he emailed all the essential info a transient needs (gate codes,etc). Slip was next to dock house/bathrooms/showers. And showers were among the nicest we’ve used. Slip has very large cleats and wide dock surfaces. \nOnly small issue was the restaurant at the Marina was closed for a private party. \nOtherwise, I highly recommend staying here when on the ICW.
Excellent, communicative docking staff. Nice on shore facilities. Awesome restaurant, but get your reservation in by 4pm!
Assistance, advice on entering the marina, and help throughout our one night stay was top notch! We were docked closest to the showers and fuel dock which was most convenient. Only minor inconvenience was lack of supply or dining options unless delivered from outside the development.
You will get 5 star service with a smile at JHM! Sailboats should mind the tides, esp southbound ones.
