Wi-FI is now very good. Great staff. They have fixed docks but they have fender boards for along-side docking. Great location relative to the bus line. Good restaurants nearby. Small beach there too.
They did not get five stars because: when I made the reservation initially, I was waitlisted for some of the the nights I wanted. It turned out that the marina was not even half full while I was there. Why is that? It is disappointing that they could not/would not give me the nights I wanted.
Friendly dock people. Quiet setting. Good seafood available a short walk from the docks. The WiFi was sketchy. Homeport Restaurant was very good. Scenic. Nice beach.
Great location. Good dock/slips. Terrible wi-FI. Friendly service. Close to the Portland hot spots.
The wifi was not good. No service for the entire stay. I suggest they eliminate the need for a password. Also, this time, the password was something like this: HapPyoUrs. It was hand written in our (nice) welcome package, making it difficult to get it right. Make the password simple please or eliminate it. Otherwise, excellent service. Highly sheltered docks. Nice village.
Good location in Salem. Helpful staff--I had an engine issue that they helped me with on short notice. Good WIFI. Transient docks in great shape
Central Boston location. Good facilities. Great staff. Would come here again and I just did. Reliable Wi-Fi. Free pump-out. Less wave action than other nearby marinas.
Super service and friendly. They have a courtesy car that transients can borrow. Scenic location and great access from open water.
Friendly staff, good docks, excellent Wifi. Convenient location in town. Easily accessible to open water.
Nice small marina. Great for a one-night stop over. Nothing nearby to do or see to speak of. Nice scenery. Friendly staff. Not so good WiFi.
Friendly staff. Clean docks. Good location. Free kayaks and paddle boards. Like most marinas, intermittent WiFi.
Nice setting. Good staff. Local seafood available for take-out at the docks. Quiet village but nothing to do except walk around the small island. The marina WiFi is poor. Cell service for Verizon is not available most of the time.
Very friendly people. Well sheltered. Scenic location. Nice hot/cold food bar on site. Limited dining options in the area. WiFi is not all that reliable.
Could be improved in terms of the condition of the docks….run down but functional. Good location for access to New Bedford and Fairhaven. The launch service around the harbor is very good. The wi-fi is not very good.
Good service. Not in a pretty neighborhood. WiFi better than other Safe Harbor marinas we have visited.
The wi-fi is slow and not totally reliable. The password is too long….especially true for smart TVs that don’t have a keyboard app.
We stayed on the Tides bulkhead. It is an over-flow.area. There is no WiFi there.
Great place to stay in Mystic. Helpful, professional staff. Quiet, little wave action because the river is narrow there. Note that pump-out services on the Mystic river are limited to one boat and they are generally busy. Only Monday through Friday.
Friendly staff. Good location. Suggest opening a gate at the north side of the marina for easier access by foot.
Very friendly and professional. Good docks and facilities. Convenient location to town. Sheltered. Quiet. Could use a reliable wi-fi network.
The one thing they could add is wi-fi. Most marinas have it. The live entertainment provided on Friday and Saturday at the outdoor bar from 4 to 7 PM is a disturbance to the boaters...this boater at least.
Real nice docks. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking available but pricey for a marina in general at $25 per day....but good for 24 hours with “in and outs” allowable. The only significant negative was the wi-fi. Weak signal and could not get an internet connection overnight.
Tom, the marina manager is great. Helpful, enthusiastic, etc. The docs are not in great shape and there is no 50 amp shore power. Just 30 amp with no option to combine two 30s to get 50.
