Crazy tight canal to get there . Not as clean and nice as the pictures make it look. I would say overpromised and under delivered. It was fine, but nothing special . A lot of deferred maintenance happening .

Jekyll Island Harbor Marina is probably one of my all-time favorite marinas. The staff is professional and friendly. And the location is beautiful. It is all good. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

The hotel & Marina looks like it’s recently been refurbished very nice. It wasn’t crowded at all when we were there the currents are strong and crazy and they don’t tell you this when you make the reservation, they call you you the morning of your reservation, they want you to come during slack tide. That would be good information to have the day before. Not the morning you’re leaving for the marina . It’s right beside the bridge, you can walk over to go to everything in Saint Augustine maybe five minute walk.
Everything you need and a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Dock hands are friendly . Parts of the facility are being refurbished… plenty of sailboats and power boats . Dog friendly , They have a small fenced in area to let your dog out and run and play very nice
We love onnancock . Clean, friendly and professional staff. Fun walkable town . Locals are super nice . Great restaurants , great laundry and bath house .

Super nice , clean , friendly . Club is Closed on Monday & Tuesday. No dock hands . ( they tell you that before hand , so it’s all good.) cute town , most things closed on Monday/Tuesday. Can’t wait to return .

We loved it, it was clean , the dock hands were professional and friendly. Next time we hope to stay for several days. And we really liked the town . The giant candy / ice cream store has Vegan Ice Cream @ Roger Frigate”
Greeted at the dock by 3 professional dock hands , and we had a great stay. Everything was clean and worked as it should . We will be going back soon.

People were great , place was clean . It would be nice to have a change machine in the laundry facility or a way to charge it to my account . Also would be super nice to have a debit machine anywhere . Other than that it was Awesome ! We hope to return in a few months. Same as fall 2020 .. we paid 14.00 for 4 small Loads of laundry . We had to go find quarters. Seems kinda crazy . I am happy To pay , I just don’t Understand why there is not a human or a change machine near by . You could make money with a soaps and suds . You have an empty / unoccupied office and a really Large space .
The staff in the store were supper nice and helpful. No of the employees wore mask . And of course none of the Covid rules were enforced . The bathrooms/ laundry were dirty . The dock hands were professional and very helpful .
