Finally! A mooring field that makes sense! Also friendly and helpful staff and excellent moorings.
As usual, very friendly and a great restaurant. We left too early for the muffins & coffee, but we got some at dinner to take with :)
Well-kept moorings, prompt & friendly launch service and a dock crew that bent over backwards to be helpful - what more could you ask?
Obviously not the same since the fire, but they have launch service, fuel and some supplies. Friendly folks, and we're looking forward to the rebuild!
No frills, just solid moorings, support dock with water and the friendliest folks in Maine! Don't miss the "National Park" at 1600!
Very welcoming club, excellent moorings and very attentive launch crew. What more could you ask for?!
Nice new moorings - right in the middle of everything, like they say! Four stars instead of 5 because of the sheer number of high-speed dinghies and small boats zooming through, even after dark.
Very helpful and friendly club! Moorings were in good shape and the reception prompt & responsive. Be warned, however, that there is no harbor breakwater in New London, so if there is a South wind, it will be lumpy. Also, a stiff ferry wake at 10 past the hour from 0710 to 2110 :)
The concrete docks are great, the wooden docks are humble. The attendant is WONDERFUL! Current is significant, especially on the ebb - BE CAREFUL!
Nice folks, great facility and FLOATING DOCKS! Right next door to Waterman's Crab house, too.
Great marina - friendly staff, very responsive and always trying extra hard to be helpful. The Dockside restaurant is also very nice ($$$) and while we didn't utilize them this trip, the service department is very competent.
Moorings are VERY exposed to the North, so it was lumpy! Launch crew was very helpful and friendly.
Always friendly and helpful, the youthful staff are very energetic and ready to help you in or out. Floating docks makes it effortless!
On the plus side: Nice, friendly and helpful folks; clean, nice facility. On the minus, depth in the channel (not their fault, obviously!) and no WiFi.
