Brunswick Landing Marina is located in the heart of downtown Brunswick, Georgia. Just steps away are shops and restaurants that offer marina customers an exclusive 10% discount off their meals. The marina has a very active liveaboard community attracted by the never ending daily social activities, free laundry, free beer (yes, free beer), and free water on all the docks. Ample parking is available at the head of each dock which makes provisioning and unloading a breeze. Customers have started to call this marina the "Velcro Marina" because once you come, you never want to leave.
Great marina, very accommodating staff, awesome facilities and protected location!
Great staff nice friendly neighbors A little far to grocery but good stop
We bought our catamaran at BLM. They allowed us to take over the slip it was in. That helped so much since we were not going to be back to her for a month or so. When we did arrive, we were able to live on our boat until we were ready to leave. During our time there we enjoyed the amazing culture they have at this marina. We attended many informative classes, multiple happy hours and parties, with our final one being the customer appreciation oyster roast. Michael Torres, the owner, did all the steaming of the 500 oysters and we did our own shucking. We got to dress them the way we liked. Michael is the most hands on owners we have come across. He works on the docks if they need fixing, he attends parties and even helps plan them. Gina, the permanent event planner, lives on her boat at the marina and goes above and beyond when she plans fun things for the customers who keep their boats there. Some of my favorite things I attended are, the Bahama training classes, the Brunswick Pub Crawl, the hurricane parties, the live music parties, the Halloween Party, all of the happy hours and of course the oyster roast. Thanks Gina and thanks BLM for the friendships and all the learning and fun we had during our stay. We hope we get back to the “Best Marina Ever “. Clint and Janet S/V Vista Vida
We have been here for 6 weeks and in that time have been made to feel so welcomed and have made many friends. An upscale, first rate marina with historic town just a short walk away. We felt safe and secure on floating docks tucked up this river, and a beautiful view is icing on the cake.
Great stop. Friendly helpful staff, close to everything. Very clean and nice facilities.
Great facility. Hoping to extend our stay. We'll be back, for sure.
Nice place. Good showers. Need to replace splintering boards at the dock.
Great place , first class help, the town is awesome. Deep water all the way to the dock easy come off ocean
One of the nicest dock masters you will ever meet !! Went out of there way to help with any question we had !! We will be staying there again !!
Very professional and personable staff. Always putting their tenants concerns first. The neighbors and regular activities really create a culture of community.
We spent two nights as transients in this marina. We came in with engine problems, unable to change gears, but the marina staff took this in their stride, and we docked safely. They recommended a mechanic, and invited us to happy hour on dock 10. Facilities were great, and we found two very good restaurants: Indigo Coastal Shanty, and Reid’s Apothecary. You will need a reservation at Reid’s, Indigo is less formal. We will be back if we sail that way again.
The last visit was our 2nd time at BLM. We absolutely love the friendly and helpful staff here, as well their active social activities. The docks are in great shape and the fuel prices are very reasonable. We will be returning in the fall for a longer stay.
First. I anchor out mostly on my travels. Came in late for fuel. Stayed the night. Friendly boaters and staff. Stayed a second night. Free beer!!! I will make BLM a stop on my next ICW adventure. Huge dog park. Easy access to town. Clean and free laundry. Family owned and cared for. Doesn't get much better for a marina. This is what a marina should be. Thanks
Superior accommodations on shore. Great Docks. Wide fairways. Old Town Brunswick within walking distance. Highly recommend,
We kept our boat in Brunswick for three years. We just left 2 months ago and have realized that Brunswick Landing Marina really does have something special. Every other marina we have visited doesn’t compare. Between the people, the activities planned, the close location to downtown, the festivities for any holiday, the farmers market in walking distance, the Hispanic grocery stores that sell the most incredible ice cream and homemade tortillas fresh daily, the spacious showers, the huge clubhouse, the ongoing puzzles, the weekly games, the fresh fruit trees onsite, etc. We were truly spoiled here and will always highly recommend Brunswick Landing Marina to everyone.
Great time. Loved happy hour. Met the owner Free laundry.
What a great marina! The staff members are excellent and the docks and facilities are very nice. It is in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance. We will be back! 5/30/24 We just finished a two week stay and it was great! The staff members were competent and responsive and were very nice. The facilities are very nice as well. The local area provides many options for dining out. This is definitely a great marina.
Great live aboard community; great area to be in.
First time at this marina. Staff is great and facilities are very nice. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We will be back!
Brunswick Landing is one of those fantastic and memorable marinas. There are solid docks, great staff and an owner that actually cares about his marina and customers! Plus a great group of boaters staying there. Couldn’t ask for more.
Clean Facilities, friendly staff and all around top notch place.
Our first time visiting the marina. We just travelled 6200 nautical miles, and we can say it was one of the best marinas we have visited. great docks, new electrical, clean facilities, and really friendly and helpful staff. The pizza party was the icing on the cake. Only thing that could make it better is a pool, and I hear that may be coming too! We are keeping our boat here for the hurricane season and highly recommend you check it out.
Very helpful. Loved the free beer and pizza night. Free laundry was great.
The dock crew were professional and friendly. They made a point to check in with us during our stay to confirm that we had everything that we needed. Top notch. We look forward to future stays.
Great location with very good staff. Clean restrooms and free washers and dryers. We would definitely stay there again.
Great marina, kind staff, friendly boaters, full amenities.
The host were very helpful, beautiful, well managed marina. Had special get together from 5-7 pm while we were there. FIVE STARS from me.
Super great marina, staff. Well maintained, lots of amenities, great happy hours.
Always our preferred stop. Friendly and helpful team and a boaters special social environment
Our week was great. What a beautiful place. The staff are fantastic. Friendly helpful very professional and so accommodating I can see why it is very hard to get a slip for any extended period of time.
Amazing staff, friendly owners, good docks and excellent fuel prices make this marina worth the slightly longer transit from the inlet. Excellent restaurants within easy walk from the dock, especially Reid's Apothecary. Highly recommend this marina.
Nice facility but extremely disappointed with the policy. Had reserved for two weeks then had to change to one week. They charged the full two weeks anyway. Unaccommodating for the change in plans. As you know in boating , there can be significant changes as a route progresses. I think we’ll never stop there again. But then again that may be a Dockwa policy, which makes Dockwa facilities less desirable. Policy may be good for business, but it’s bad for customer relations. Within five minutes of posting my review, the Brunswick Landing owner gave me a call to understand my issues. Very friendly and cooperative and then called back the following morning after checking out the situation. Explained to me how the charges were made, and I determined they were quite satisfactory. Very impressed with the owners follow through regarding customer satisfaction.
One of the best Marinas on the east coast! They look after their boaters like nowhere else, keeping grounds and facilities clean and providing regular cocktail hours and other activities. The owners clearly care about the boaters.
Great people!!!!! Great marina!!!! Great value!!!!!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It's more like a community or neighborhood than a marina. It was our second time and we would return in a heartbeat.
Our stay at Brunswick Landing was wonderful! The crew treated us well from the moment we approached for our initial landing until we departed a few weeks later. There are planned activities pretty much every day of the week. Gina is THE activities planning and managing guru. There's none better. Our rain-drenched golf cart "sunset cruise" was one of the most memorable days in our 7-plus years on the water (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4cgRpXRvE4). :-) The historic downtown district is also fun, but it's wise to be mindful of your surroundings, to lock your bikes and scooters, and to keep your head on a swivel because there are people around who are of the mind to take what doesn't belong to them.
Always a pleasant stay with excellent staff and facilities. We always feel like family when there and miss our friends when we leave. Gina keeps activities fun and happy hours allow for meeting new friends up and down the docks. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are hoping to be annual slip members beginning next spring. Bill & Deb on Still the One
Great community for all types of boats and boaters
A well protected marina with friendly staff. The dog run areas is a bonus and there is a short walk for those of us that travel with pets.
great place to stay they have a beautiful yacht lounge a great laundry room and lots of fun activities !!!!
Brunswick Landing is a great place to stay, the people are friendly, and the town is wonderful. Plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. We will definitely stay here again
Awesome staff, lots of things to do and nice and friendly people. Will stay there again
Matt and Chris At Brunswick Landing Boatyard provide great service with a great attitudes. Highly recommend!
Brunswick Landing Marina is an excellent marina. Facilities are well maintained and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We have a home and only visit the boat on weekends when time allows. We were really impressed with the dock neighbors we met. Most have lots of boating experience traveling the ICW and The Loop. Some are full time live aboard boaters and some are part on and part off live aboard boaters. The weekly socials make it easy to meet the neighbors and share experiences and ask questions. We initially booked 2 months and ended up staying 4 months. We'll definitely stop there again. Kerry & Sherryl
Great marina with all of the amenities! Short walk to Historic Downtown Brunswick. Very quaint.
The marina is located at the downtown. Very well maintained grounds, a great ship store, with laundry and showers. Friendly staff who politely addressed any issues.
Great place, great town. Will be back for sure!
Owners and employees have done a nice job making this marina comfortable, clean and fun. They have a lounge, laundry, bikes and dog park. We stayed about a month and really enjoyed the marina and historic downtown which is across the street.
Great staff, pump out and fuel at the dock. Nice town with lots of restaurants close by.
Great place to layover for a few days. It is close to downtown and it is a nice walk to explore the area.
Great fuel price, outstanding service, floating docks in good shape and walking distance from some very good restaurants.
Having read other positive reviews we decided to stop at Brunswick Landing Marina. We are a 44’ sailing catamaran. Our every need was fully met and I am more than happy to provide a 5-star review. Our experience from providing clear directions, arriving and having Dan & Randy assist with lines, the hospitality experienced at the club house, to the simple check-out procedure, were all efficient friendly and organized. Brunswick Landing Marina is proudly independently owned and operated. Such attention to detail has sadly been lost at many of the corporate marinas. We were sufficiently impressed with our experience at Brunswick Landing Marina that we have already booked a slip for our next visit. Regards. Jim.
Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are clean and well kept. Try to avoid the outside wall, it can get bumpy with any wind. Happy hour several nights a week with free beer and wine. Just bring an appetizer. Town is within walking distance but you will need a ride or rental car for supermarket.
Very well run marina. Great facilities. Free laundry. Planned activities like happy hour and yoga. Good security. Left my boat here for 2 months over the holidays and felt safe about doing so. Also close to historic downtown Brunswick. Highly recommend.
It will be hard not to say enough good about this marina. Excellent docks and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and very friendly, and yet not disturbing while getting boat secured and hooked up. The bathroom/shower/lounge were very close by, up to date and very well maintained. We would gladly stay at Brunswick Landing again.
Great marina, very dog friendly and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice facilities, free laundry and nice little town to enjoy.
Marina Staff was very nice and accommodating. They were super helpful with all of our package deliveries and even brought packages to our boat. The local boaters were very friendly as well and offered to help with projects and drive us to stores. Laundry and bathrooms very nice and clean. Free laundry and happy bours with beer and wine at yacht club were an added bonus. Great downtown and shopping close by.
Great location, wonderful social programs, great folks. We'll be back.
Wonderful amenities and solid dock ties. Close to town things to do. Would have preferred an inside slip not the on face dock but wind was fierce on day of arrival. Will be back in the future. Oh and very cheap diesel fuel Price!
Excellent dock assistants. Still waters. Good diesel prices. Nice new transient floating dock with wide slips. Close restrooms, showers and laundry. Easy walk to historic downtown.
Brunswick Landing was a nice place to stay. Right downtown. The marina is very friendly and helpful. Clean docks. Quaint town.
Great Marina. Kyle and the team took great care of us.
We have been here for 4 months. What a great experience. From Kyle and her dock staff m to the fellow boaters it is a “family” experience. It does not matter how long you are here a day, a week or months. Gina, the events coordinator, has added so much to this marina. It was great before but she has taken it to next level !!
Very nice Marina with nice cruisers lounge and showers.
Love Brunswick Landing. Had Cats Away our PDQ 34 with them last year. Now traded up to Felix a PDQ 41 and hope to confirm annual slip for her this year. Unfortunately they have no room so will stay on their waiting list.
Great marina. Facilities and people are great to work with.
We have stayed here before and like it very much. The staff is so pleasant and helpful.
Excellent Marina! So much provided over other Marinas! Would highly recommend! Our second time here & we will definitely be back again! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
Excellent customer service and lots of activities. The old town is within walking distance with lots of shops and restaurants. Andy’s wood fired pizza was excellent.
Awesome Marina. The people were very friendly.
Staff are great, happy hour with free beer and wine. Good price for diesel
One of the best stops we've had during our great loop. We stayed several nights due to inclement weather and enjoyed each day. A well run marina, great social events, free laundry and great help. We would definitely like to visit again. The town is suffering due to economic factors but the marina is a shining star in a hurting town.
Great Marina. Great staff. FREE laundry. Clean facilities. Secure docks. Walking distance to town. Close (9 miles) to St. Simon's Island (we biked there)
Good location, nice facilities, friendly staff, good diesel price.
Nice marina, reasonable priced diesel, nice dog park, and nice resurants in walking distance.
by my choice I left after couple weeks - but paid a month berthing...
Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what. Tried calling on 16 approaching the fuel dock and no response. Used a different radio to call on 71 and again no response. Called on the phone and told them we were approaching the fuel dock and they said their radio had not gone off at all. No problem we are approaching the fuel dock. No one came out to help us even though the office is fifty feet from the fuel dock and they have windows to see. Wind was blowing off the dock and it took two approaches to get caught and tied up. Walked over to the office and told them I was here and that I had expected some help. The only thing said is she would come out and get me fuel and a pump out. No personality or apology or friendliness. Facilities are good and the price was fair. Not sure what happened.
Brunswick Landing is a first rate marina; wonderful staff, efficient facility and free laundry!
This marina never fails to exceed our expectations. Wonderful cruising community!
Best bathrooms on the Intracoastal!! Free laundry - unheard of. Excellent, friendly dock staff.
My review of this marina is probably not as good as what they deserve. I am not a live aboard, and I was just looking for a place to dock my boat. The facilities are all top notch. The docks, clubhouse, laundry, showers are all wonderful. There is no charge to the users for any of the laundry facilities, and three nights a week they offer the people that have slips at the marina free beer and wine. I myself don't drink, and my wife is a wine snob, so we never got much milage out of all of that. As I say, my review of the facility is probably unfair, because I am not a live aboard. If I were, I would likely find the whole scenario much more pleasing. In my case, I didn't much care about any of the facilities really, and found their pricing, contracts and terms to be uniformly , very heavy handed. I think they are upwards of $22.00/foot now, plus electric. I could forgive all of this really, were it not for the fact that all of the people that work there seem to be in a continual bad mood. Whenever I would go into the office to ask them a question, say for example, how much would it be for an annual slip rental , I was told they couldn't even give me a price until April-why? The responses from the staff were always very surly, and I always felt like they were annoyed by the fact that I dared to come into the marina office. I have spoken to other people who have docked there about this odd phenomena and apparently I was not unique in receiving this treatment. Not sure what else I could say. It is likely the best hurricane hole on the east coast, the facilities are lovely, the people that run it are disappointing.
One of the greatest marina we've been at ! Everyone is friendly, no extras and everything close by.
When we arrived it was raining, Kyle and one of her crew was there waiting to help us in to dock. We met Gina (event director) offered to take us anywhere w might need to go for supplies. As we were leaving Dan met us at the fuel doc and assisted with topping off our tanks and with the best fuel prices around. You can’t go wrong stopping at Brunswick Landing Marina whether for one night or an extended stay.
Great marina, great water and staff very friendly. Best!
We left our boat for an extended period for the third time in Brunswick Landing Marina and plan to return again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and never crowded. The live-aboard community is friendly and welcoming, also to transients. We felt comfortable leaving our boat for 6 weeks while returning home for the holidays. The docks are well secured and the other boaters keep an eye out. It is special that the marina welcomes live-aboards while more and more marinas are turning them down. Great marina!
Awesome Marina. The other cruisers are very helpful and friendly. Definitely be back December and January.
Be warned this marina needs improvement and staff training. Arrived and hailed them four times on CH16 with no response. Eventually got them to answer the phone but as my wife and I came to the dock on our 70ft boat there was nobody there to take our lines. My wife had to jump to the dock injuring her leg and left arm. Asked on day 3 if we could leave on day 4 just after lunch and they said "yes no problem, we have nobody coming on that dock". As soon as we were back out at sea they stung us for a fifth night, I complained by email and they sent back half the extra day but still charged me over $100 for two hours. Not a very nice thing to do to someone who has just paid you over $1000.
This was our third visit to Brunswick Landing Marina. The facilities are excellent and ownership is constantly looking at improvements. Staff are excellent, especially Matt and his team in the boatyard. I don’t know of any other marina that comes close to the services and facilities. Looking forward to our next visit. David and Sarah S/V B4Checkout
We extended our stay even longer. Nice town and great marina. Favorite marina along the East Coast. They are simply the best.
We love this marina. Staff is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of local interests and restaurants. Great updated security system and gates on all docks. We always stay at this marina during our travels up and down the coast. It’s also an awesome hurricane hole marina - left our catamaran here during the 2021 hurricane season.
Love the boating community. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Brunswick Landing Marina is the BEST. We hated leaving.
We love staying at Brunswick Marina. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The showers are clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. The laundry has plenty of washers and driers and is free. Brunswick old town is great with a mix of independent stores and nice restaurants.
Easy in and and out, great diesel price, complimentary laundry. The scale in the bathroom was my favorite I lost 25lbs and didn't even know it lol
Every detail is perfect. The residents of the marina sing all the praises of the management team here. Facilities are immaculate, happy hour gatherings are a delight, clean facility throughout, and NO DERELICT boats anywhere. Such a nice place.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean.
Great marina! Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the happy hour and yoga session. We will definitely be back.
Brunswick Landing Marina is great. This marina has a sense of community that many others do not. Enjoyed meeting other cruisers at the happy hour events. The marina offers great protection from the weather during a few blows we experienced while there.
Anytime we’re not sailing, our boat lives here. Just a lovely place, with great management and facilities. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s a block away from downtown with a brewery, distillery and great restaurants.
Brunswick squeezed me in and it was much appreciated. Loved the new bathhouse at the north end. Crew is always fantastic.
The staff get everything right. Friendly and efficient.
Great facilities. Great service. Free laundry & bicycle usage. Great welcome aboard packet.
Best Marina period! No equivalents..a must stay in southern GA
We were docked in the marina just shy of 2 years. I have nothing bit good things to say. The marina and staff were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Any maintenance issues were always fixed as quickly as possible within their power. The amenities are great having free laundry, nice showers, free wine and PBR three days a week at happy hour, plus tons of special events and activities to participate in all year long. The location is perfect to hide from storms. Downtown Brunswick is a 5-10 min walk to get to a.number of restaurants, pubs, and breweries. There is a park next door that hosts events and farmers markets. As good as the marina is, the community makes it better. Everyone I met were friendly and helpful. There is a boat yard on site but be aware it is not a DIY yard. The only other downside is there isn't much locally for parts besides a West Marine. But the office staff does an excellent job managing hundreds of packages per day. I found that if you follow the rules and be respectful of everyone you won't have any problems. It was really hard for me to leave but it was time to go sailing.
Nice marina, loved free laundry and friendly staff. The only negative is the shower rooms were cold, but nice water pressure and hot water
I was there for 8 months through hurricane season. I travelled a lot and always felt like such a great community of both cruisers and staff ere looking out for my boat and communicating with me through storms etc. The marina is not without hurricane danger … no marina is exempt from it. But they do the most possible to keep boats and people safe which was really important to me. The other reason I came was for the amenities and social life. These are second to none in the world. Having just finished my circumnavigation, that’s saying something! Really enjoyed the people here, the amenities and the true sense of community!
Excellent amenities, facilities, and probably the best boater community we’ve experienced. Owners encourage the culture with happy hours and almost daily activities. We were quite secure and protected during this recent east coast storm. Historic Brunswick is a very short walk with restaurants, a brewer, distillery, shops, and a local live theatre. Great place to leave your boat to travel.
I didn’t stay at the marina. I stayed two months at the boat yard.
Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Let us extend our stay (due to bad weather) although they were quite full. Felt like they were concerned for our safety which we greatly appreciated. Great events and amenities. We hope to be able to stay here again!
Always a pleasure to visit Brunswick lLanding Marina! Great staff, easy access and, of course Happy Hours!
Great stop, beautiful and clean marina! Will stop again
We had a fantastic time at Brunswick Landing waiting out Hurricane Season. Mr. Torras and his staff are beyond amazing and we are grateful for all they did for us during our stay!
Excellent stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the help at the fuel dock and getting our boat into the slip.
Great marina, nice facilities, super friendly staff, lots of events, makes you feel like family and it's hard to leave again :-) We'll come again!
Wonderful Marina. Facilities and amenities fantastic.
2nd Hurricane Season in Brunswick. Staff, service & community were great! 👍 Look forward to returning next season
Great dock hands, nice facilities and a great community of boaters.
We found Brunswick Landing Marina to be an excellent marina with a very professional and helpful staff. The Marina docks are very well maintained and the community is excellent. We would recommend Brunswick Landing Marina to anyone seeking a great hurricane hole with all the amenities. Tom and Cheryl.
Awesome dock crew, very comfortable overnight, and the fact that propane can be filled on the premises adds another level of satisfaction
The marina is very clean and the washroom/showers were some of nicest we’ve encountered. The area that is located in is not the greatest as nothing as far as shopping or restaurants are in real walking distance. One plus is that West Marine is only a 8 min Uber ride away. Security at the marina was very good and the staff were all pleasant.
Very friendly staff, especially Dan. Easy in and easy out marina. Lots of amenities!
Dock staff was great. Particularly Bob who was extremely helpful and informative.
Great place to stop. Very little current and well protected. Staff was very helpful.
The marina is neat and spacious, the facilities are clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and very helpful and the marina is run for the boaters - happy hours, library, washing machines, clubhouse and organized events.
Great staff and marina! Easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely return.
Staff and facilities were great… 208v power…. Had to run gen all night. Good restaurant nearby 24hr security
BRunswick Landing Marina is fantastic. Fuel dock is easy to use, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and there are very thoughtful extras (complimentary laundry and bikes) that make your visit great. Downtown Brunswick is a short walk and has excellent restaurants and parks.
Excellent! All around fantastic marina. We will return.
Very nice! Only there for about 15 hrs, but it was great! I am on the waiting list for hurricane season.
From the dock master and line handlers, to the sparkling clean restrooms and festive happy hour, we enjoyed our stay at Brunswick Landing Marina on Halloween 2023. Only wish we had more time to make use of the free bikes and easy access to town. Also appreciated the security, and all the friendly boaters!
Friendly and helpful staff Guarded entrance, good facilities, safe place for bad weather. Restaurants nearby Had a great stay… thanks
We spent 4 years at BLM loved the facilities at the marina and managements response to any and all issues, also loved the convenience of downtown Brunswick and all that it offered. Well done Michael Torras and the management team.
Marina is great. However, expensive at daily rate. Deep water, minimal current. Facilities are exceptional. Fabulous Free Laundry, showers, clubhouse - happy hour 3x per week. Experienced spoiled by dock management charging extra day for late checkout (necessitated by crew change and tide) even though no vessel coming into that slip that midweek day. Staff unfriendly.
We were met at the fuel dock for fuel and a pump out and given our slip. The dock master was knowledgeable and gave as a rundown of the marina and town. He then walked to our slip to help us with our lines. Once in he introduced us to a few people on the dock. After we were in for a short time the boat next to us came over and asked is to join the at the marina Pot luck. The atmosphere in laidback and friendly.
Great 2 night stay. Walked into town for lunch and dinner We made the Friday night happy hour with the marina Clean bathroom. Laundry Great staff.. Kyle made sure we were well taken care of. One of best stops south to Florida
Really nice people on the staff at the Marina. What makes a business great? The staff. Just a fun place to be, and well protected from significant storms.
The marina was very accommodating letting us get packages shipped there a day before we arrived. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The people that dock there are nice and even gave my husband a ride to Walmart. Loved our time there
The stay was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and laundry was free. Hot showers. Steps away from town.
First class marina with excellent facilities, staff and community. Very convenient to the ICW and navigable inlets. Protected hurricane hole.
First class operation. Great staff and facilities
As always BL Marina is very accommodating for those of us having to evacuate private docks that are in storm prone areas. We were met at dock without asking for dock hand
Great place. Clean. Helpful crew and friendly guests / residents.
Excellent facilities, friendly people and good to see Downtown is making a strong comeback. This is one of our favorite stops on this trip.
This was one of best marinas we have ever stayed in- and we have been boating for 40 years. The marina management, Michael Torras especially, is most attentive to cruisers needs and responds quickly to any issues that may come up. The cruisers are a very friendly considerate group of people- everyone takes care to keep the common areas clean and tidy. Small gestures like free laundry in well- maintained machines and complimentary beer and wine at Happy Hours go along way in facilitating comraderie amongst all. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, BLM
What a great find! Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities were top notch. Wish we could have been there for social activities. Unfortunately we were making a delivery. Will be back and stay for a few days.
Always a great place to spend some time and the staff are awesome and " on top of it"
We stayed for the month and it was great and would have loved to stay longer but no space was available.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable ama very personable! The marina is absolutely beautiful! It's a must stay in Georgia! Your won't regret it!
We stayed longer than planned as usual. The atmosphere in the Marina is welcoming and friendly and the facilities and staff are excellent. Used the complimentary bikes this time so had a good look round downtown Brunswick which is an interesting town with new shops and restaurants this year. We have made good friends through the clubhouse and now keep up with the happenings through the Facebook page. Despite now returning to the UK we hope to visit again sometime in the future
You can never be disappointed at Brunswick Landing Marina. The staff is professional, efficient, and friendly. The marina is well kept and convenient to the local town. Last, but not least , are the sailors and boaters who have a wonderful community in the marina.
Fantastic staff, and excellent facilities, a pleasure to stay there.
Friendly, responsive staff, a number of extra amenities, proximity to good restaurants, and accolades from every person we met there!
Great marina with excellent neighbors and a top notch staff
Love that marina. Everything was perfect and was extremely accommodating
Always love our stay at Brunswick Landing Marina. Great staff, beautiful sunsets, and amenities. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.
Overall the services and the personnel were very easy to work with. My only complaint is that in April of this year, I told all of the dock personnel that I would be selling my boat, and I would be also moving it as quickly as I could put together a delivery crew to get it, moved down to Saint Augustine, only for the reason that there is no haul out facility in Brunswick capable of lifting my boat. Finally, I got a delivery crew lined up and they picked up the boat in early May and brought it down to Saint Augustine. Since I had fully pre-paid my dockage at the end of April, I asked Marina to please send my prorated dockage fee back to me. They then informed me that as of April you had started a no return policy. I felt that that was very inconsiderate since I had told you told your stuff all along that I would be moving the boat and that I was selling the boat and yes, it was all happening as quickly as I had a buyer and a delivery crew lined up to move the boat. I don’t agree with your practice especially when you enforce it after I had already told you that I was moving my boat and nobody mentioned it to me. John carroll.
Wonderful as always with great office staff. Especially on the weekends!
Friendly terrific staff and the facilities are well maintained.
Nice Marina with good facilities. Walkable to several restaurants and liquor/grocery stores.
Best marina we’ve stayed at in 30 years of sailing! Very helpful staff and great facilities.
It was like a whole new crew, very friendly and Helpful.
We are grateful for the use of this marina when bad weather threatens us. We akways have a comfortable and safe stay. Thank you for always making run for us. We truly appreciate it.
Always great! We come here all the time. They’re friendly and VERY accommodating.
Loved our stay here. Friendly staff, free laundry, nice floating docks, beer and wine on the Wed. at the marina lounge. Also an easy walk to town. Great brewery.
Great staff, very helpful, and courteous. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The complementary laundry was a refreshing change from having to go get a roll of quarters.
A good marina at a good price with a couple of downsides. First, the paper plant nearby creates an unpleasant smell when the wind is blowing in the wrong direction. Second, the noseems can be pretty bad. Both not the fault of the marina. However, when we were coming in to our slip, which was pretty tight, the dockhand didn’t know how to handle the lines properly. She pulled hard on our bow line which swung our stern into the boat in the slip next to us. This boat had a dink with its outboard high up. Its prop put a three inch scar in our new topside paint. Please give your less experienced hands more training.
Nice facilities, friendly staff. Good amenities. Free laundry, bikes, beer/wine as part of the reasonable dockage rates.
We love this marina! The facilities are clean and in good repair. Also each dock has its own key so it is very secure. We left our boat for 5 weeks with no concern. Plus, who can turn down free beer and wine on the get together nights.
Brunswick Landing Marina has the best boating community I have ever been involved with. This past winter was our second year staying there. Each stay was for at least 4 months. The events like the Oyster roast are a nice touch. Now to the other side of the marina. The pump out situation is marginal at best for the size the marina. There are 2 pumpout stations but one is near shore and due to water depths and access is not usable for the most part. That leaves the T Dock location. At peak times there are boats tied up there. For $35/35 gallons they have a cart they bring to your boat only at low tide. I made a comment on the Brunswick Landing Cruiser Net about a pump out boat and the owner replied back that he couldn't make money on a pump out boat. I have a composting head so it didn't affect me other than seeing the filth in the water. And it is filthy. Needless to say my post on Brunswick Landing Cruiser Net was removed. Brunswick Landing Cruiser Net is the main communication tool used by the owner. The owners FaceBook shamed me a few times. One instance the owner posted pictures about leaving project materials on the dock pavilion. I was one of the guilty parties. I responded with why the marina couldn't talk to owners in person or at least a phone call on issues. To each his own but I prefer talking to people about issues. Social media is not the way to communicate if you are running a business. The staff is not the friendliest. I was yelled (cussed) at by the garbage collection person one morning because I put objects in the can that pokes wholes in the bag. To address his issue, I started placing these objects beside the can but they were never picked up. I was latter called by the manager requesting that I take these things to the dumpster. The dumpsters are over a 1/3 mile away and not having a car makes this an inconvenient task. That's the marinas idea of customer service for you. Don't fix the issue. Have the customer deal with it. The office staff is extremely unfriendly. I have walked in there numerous times looking for a package. One feels really bad for the inconvenience you caused the staff for asking if a package has arrived. The faces say it all. Why are you bothering me. That is the atmosphere you get when you walk into the office. Another incident that burns me is when flowers were sent by the company I work for when my father's passing. Clearly marked perishable, they sat in the office for a week. Another boater told me they were there. The office I guess never had the time to inform me they were there. With my departure coming close, I let the manager know the date I was leaving. A week later I called the office to give them an updated date. The manager did not remember the conversation a week earlier and was going to charge me to the end of the month. Out of frustration, I hung up on him. After calming down, I called him back just to have him hang up on me. Fair enough. I did hang up on him. My reservation for next winter was quickly canceled after my departure and was notified of a $139 electric bill for only 19 days. The highest electric bill I had in my time at the marina was $100. I guess they need to make the money where ever they can. Hense my rating of 1 star. Zero was not an option.
Really great place to hang out for a bit, especially if the weather is gritty. The owner provided Easter brunch for all boaters. The facilities are clean and well kept. There is a great fenced dog run if you have a pup. Definitely recommend.
Brunswick Landing is a very clean, well run, Marina. All of their facilities are really clean, they have a beautiful Captains lounge, and free Laundry. Only 2-3 blocks from downtown Brunswick, which is a quaint little town, with nice shops and Restaurants
Excellent staff! Great marina. Best happy hour ever!
We spent 2 months in December and January here, and then 2 days in May on our way back north after returning from the Bahamas. We love this Marina. Friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Lots of friendly boaters. Free laundry. Free wifi. Free bikes. Great little town in walking distance. West Marine close enough to bike to (or long walk).
The marina is well maintained and the office staff are very helpful. I highly recommend Brunswick Landing Marina.
Very nice marina! We really enjoyed our stay. People are so friendly, it’s hard to live BLM. So well protected marina🤩 Free bike, happy hour free, laundry free, dock master Kile is so great with people, she knows her job and customers 👏 Michael Torras very present and so kind whit customers 😍
Very nice marina. Safe and secure. Brunswick, GA. is a lovely little southern town. I was charged a full month’s rent for three night’s stay… Something to do with a non negotiable first month’s rent. In all honesty, I found this to be petty, and in poor taste. I can’t recommend in good conscience…
Brunswick Landing always a bright spot. Marina personnel got us in and tied up quickly. Always courtesy service. Walkable downtown / local restaurants
Not sure I like the Dockwa. I had paid for 2 days. The weather changed and there was a window to sail to Charleston. Office said they would work with me and issue refund of 2nd day. I was off the dock at 2:45. Office now says no refunds. Hard to continue to use this Dockwa and pay for slips I don’t use.
Friendly staff, nice and quiet and easy walk to lots of things.
Fantastic help! Our dripless shaft seal was leaking and we thought we would have to haul out for the repair. After discussing with Matt, the service director, he sent over Chris right away and determined he could adjust it. The next day we were good to go. They were slammed with work but he got a cruiser on his way.
Incredible stop for us. Can't say enough about it. Peaceful, quiet and close walking distance from whatever you may need. Great Place!
Beautiful, well managed marina in a very nice southern town. This is a destination marina, or if in transit stay an extra night. You won’t regret it.
We had a fantastic week long stay at Brunswick Landing Marina!
Great camaraderie among boaters in this marina. Beautiful club house. Close to town. Well maintained and secured.
Fantastic marina, I can’t say enough good things about it, and I have zero bad things to say. The staff is great, the amenities immaculate, and the local town is walking distance to all kinds of fun places. Try the Pineapple Cocktail at Richland Rum, you won’t be dissapointed.
The club house is large and comfortable plus MWF free beer and wine which helps to get most boaters a chance to socialize with other boaters at the marina. It is within walking distance for a great small downtown. Many interesting sights to visit if you have your own car.
The people are so helpful and nice. Socks are clean.
We stayed for the winter. This is a really good reasonably priced marina with great amenities. Being next to old Brunswick we had lots of choices for food. Great staff! Pump out did not always work but they do have a cart to come to your boat. We have been here twice and there are always welcomed improvements each time.
Excellent facility and staff. Easy in and out. Short walk into town. Definitely would stay here again
Nice facilities and friendly staff. Proximity to the town and restaurants.
I want to give this marina a four star rating. What really drags down the marina is yard services. They do not have enough help. I’m not sure if this is due to poor pay or lack of training. To get any work done is months away and limited. Any great marina has a great yard! They have a nice club house with cocktail hour, people are very friendly. I understand the marina has a contact out to fix the concrete docks which float. The showers and restroom are very clean. I wish this marina had a swimming pool and/or exercise room. Living on a boat one needs to exercise.
BLM has the best social environment than any marina we've been. Thanks Michael.
The marina is so clean with friendly staff. It really caters to making things easy and pleasant for liveaboards. Lots of opportunities to meet and engage with other boaters - from happy hours, to cruise broadcasts, to exercise sessions, and game opportunities. We met people that we hope to keep as friends in the years to come.
All good helpfull staff
The marina was great! Only problem was finding ice cream in town!
Reviews are accurate -- you come and do not want to leave. Facilities are great. They have everything! Well maintained and nice staff. They also add a social component with decks on each dock and a large (climate controlled ;) bldg to socialize. Area has nice restaurants and park in walking range. Can use courtesy bikes to get to West Marine.
Great stop plenty of help at the dock on a very windy day. Staff friendly and helpful bathrooms clean and new and how can you beat free laundry!! Town just steps away plenty to do
The boater community at this marina is great, and the free laundry is very generous. The marina management is surprisingly unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked to extend our reservation by another week for a boat repair, they reluctantly agreed and pointed out their inconvenience. Their interactions with us were perplexingly resentful and unpleasant throughout our stay. The owner of the marina has a great reputation for trying to do right by its clients, but the staff has completely missed the concept of customer service.
Management and staff were very helpful, courteous, and efficient. We were able to take on fuel, sign in and receive a slip assignment in short order. Wonderful team to work with.
Very nice Marina with big slips and fairways. Very polished and well kept.
We stayed here for about 5 months during hurricane season. This marina has a great live aboard community. Very nice floating docks and great marina staff. Bathrooms/showers are very nice at the yacht club. I would rate the 5 star. The bathroom/showers near our dock were not as nice and only one womens and one mens. This is not enough for how many slips are on the north end. My understanding is they are about to redo these bathrooms/showers. Water here is free but power is expensive. They do have free happy hour on M, W, and F with beer and wine. They also have free laundry in the yacht club and on the south end of the marina. Several restaurants withing short walking distance. There is a grocery store and West Marine within about 2 miles. The marina does offer free bikes that are in good condition.
Excellent, clean and very organized marina. They plan fun festivities as well. We will be back!
One of our favorite places to stop! The docks, bathrooms and laundry are excellent. The staff and other boaters are very friendly, and you are a short walk away to a beautiful historic downtown!
Beautiful marina. Peaceful, well run and short walk to restaurants. Will be back on our way north in the spring.
Excellent marina - very focused on the live aboard cruiser
BLM is a great place to stay. Town is walking distance. If you are there on the First Friday of the month they have a big gathering will all stores, restaurants and great music!
Very nice marina. Beautiful sunset. People were very friendly
Rating this marina with only 5 stars doesn't do it justice!! Annie and I have been in the mega/super yacht industry as Chef/Captain for many decades and have lived dockside for most of them. So when we say this marina is amazing, its from experience! Now that we are semi retired and cruising onboard Drunken Monkeys on our DIME! We seek the best marina value/experiences we can and are so glad we made the stop here. The original plan was to stop for a few weeks and we ended up staying for months. We even decided to haul out in their great boatyard for the remainder of the 2022 hurricane season. The BLM team “Kyle, Ciara, Vibert, Matt, Adam & Michael” are truly there to make your stay a great one. They go out of there way to help and make you feel at home in BLM. This is one of a very few marinas that is truly oriented towards cruisers/liveaboards. Not to go unmentioned: Free is not a word you hear often in yachting!!! Let me share a few things that are totally free yes free at BLM… on Mon, Wed, Fri evenings there is free Wine/Beer for everyone, free courtesy bikes, free pump outs, dog park, free laundry.. there are even gas BBQ grills at the end of every dock with great seating areas.. and the list goes on!! Add BLM to your east coast itinerary you won’t regret it!!
Very nice facilities. Good service and good location. We enjoyed our overnight stay.
Really enjoyed my stay here. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. My family and I stopped in at Jinright's Seafood and enjoyed the Gator plate and Flounder Fillets. Definitely some 10/10 seafood. The marina was very nice and I will definitely be coming back to this spot. The marina security added even more plus points. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Excellent location and friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean and the shower areas large and had a toilet. The lounge was nice and the laundry facility was clean and machines were "no charge". Easy docking too. Fir thise of you traveling with your dig, there is a fenced in dog park. Nice touch!
Matt the yard manager was respectful, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. After spending a week daily in the yard getting my boat prepared for transport and another month waiting for transportation, our conversations were often.
The marina is fine but the Boat Yard has much to be desired. This is not the place to stop if your in need of any work on your boat. I had scheduled an appointment and they service department never showed up, nor called. When I made the appointment I was told they could get to me right away, so much for that.
Always a great marina, nice, helpful dock hands, great docks and a nice location.
I hate writing negative reviews. So I'm not going to. Let's talk about facilities. They are clean, kept up, updated, constantly refreshed, and in general amazing. The Wifi is a solid B compared the 50 or so marinas we stay at in a given year. That's actually pretty good. We like this marina so much we stay about 90 or more days a year when all added up (by far the longest stay we do anywhere). The sense of community is strong here. It's not a charter marina. It's not a super yacht marina. It's a family marina. With the old town of Brunswick nearby. The farmers market. Community events on the waterfront. This is a laid back place to enjoy and live. If you're looking for metro chic. Likely not the place for you. If you're looking for amazing people you can sit down at one of the hosted happy hours they do each week? This is the place for you. People smile at each other as they pass. Value, expectation, and general attention to detail suggest a top tier rating for the Marina.
Excellent, friendly staff. Great amenities such as free laundry and an awesome clubhouse. And, most importantly - a true sense of community with people always willing to help each other. Also, a Very safe place to leave a boat during hurricane season!!
Great docks. Great experience. Attentive dock crew. Easy check in and fueling experience. Nice amenities.
Fantastic marina! Great staff, very nice amenities and activities, and downtown is just a block away.
This is the third time I have stayed at Brunswick Landing on my trip up the northeast. This time we were having my daughter’s wedding on the boat. The day before the wedding we experienced a series of events initiated by a failure of the air conditioning 230 volt water pump which caused water to accumulate in the forward bulkhead causing an electrical short that tripped the shore power breaker that caused a failure of our house batteries and charger/inverter. Matt, the service manager, was able to new batteries, a temporary pool pump, and had us operational for the wedding. I recommend not only the marina but their associated yard unconditionally.
Great stay. Nice town but a little low on energy
Excellent in every way. Great docks. Great staff. Great amenities. The dog park is huge and we’ll kept. Laundry is clean and free. Everything too notch.
This is a great marina. Lotsa liveaboards with a lotta local knowledge. Restrooms/showers are clean and in great shape. And they have a great happy hour MWF. We will definitely be back.
Very nice facility, but the best part was Reid’s Apothecary Restaurant within view of the marina. Absolutely the best Shrimp & Grits ever!!! It’s also a great bar with knowledgeable bartenders who have a lot of hard to find bourbons & other amazing things to work with. The Chocolate infused Old Fashion was worth the 2,000 dollars of Diesel it took to get there from Stuart, Florida.
High winds but experienced dock attendants made me look good. The marina is clean, washer and dryers efficient. I liked this marina and the proximity to town.
My Cape Dory 36 recently was delivered by truck from Maine to the Brunswick Landing Boatyard. I'm a first time boat owner, so the process seemed daunting to say the least. The team at the Boatyard were highly professional and guided me through the boat delivery by truck, requirements for mast re-stepping, and launch. It all went very smoothly, and I could see I was in good hands at each step of the way. I would recommend Brunswick Landing Boatyard to anyone requiring similar services.
Great staff, docks,Landry,Lounge and restrooms was worth the 45 minutes off the ICW.
Friendly staff. Lots of great amenities. Enjoyed the marina sponsored happy hour. Nice town with several great restaurants! Wish we had reserved a longer visit.
I hate writing negative reviews and I really wanted this marina to be cool, but I have to say our stay left one of the worst tastes in my mouth in our entire cruising experience thus far. The gruffness of the staff is just beyond acceptable. I am generally pretty cool with all kinds of styles, but the staff here seemed to choose aggressiveness as their preferred style. We apparently stayed beyond their checkout time, due mostly to me trying to help fellow cruiser with a dangerous task of working on their mast. A very agro staff member banged on our boat and started threatening us to leave or pay another day. Obviously we hightailed it out of that dump and landed in a peaceful anchorage near Jekkyl island. Incidentally the marina is sub standard and really not in a nice area. The view is essentially a factory with smokestacks billowing God knows what out of them. I like Brunswick, which is an up and coming area obviously clawing it's way out of hard times and there is a lot of promise as a cruising destination. However the general vibe and staff approach at the marina is not something I would recommend. It's smoke and mirrors and over priced. Avoid.
Good protection and easy in and out, but like another reviewer said keep a weather eye out for the crab trap buoys. Docks are decent, can't speak to the boatyard side of things, people and staff otherwise were generally friendly. Facilities were underwhelming. Good walk to the downtown area, which is old and makes it look like Brunswick was once a much busier and larger town. A good place to pull in to if bad weather is forecast, otherwise we pass it by.
Brunswick Landing Marina is great. We stayed one more day. Facilities are clean, well taken care of. The people re happy and helpful.
My son & I were on a trip from Tampa to Baltimore & ran over an unmarked crabpot. Tore the Starboard strut trough the hull. The boatyard got us out of the water and on stands, cleaned and fixed the boat and got us back on our way in 6 days. Fast and solid repair.
repair work at the yard, can be costly. They don't have highly trained people and no tools. They do, however, keep the clock running while they beat on stuff and talk on the cell phones. We will never use them again.
Fees are OK and docks appear to be well maintained. Facilities are well below standard. The "lounge" is a joke and should be called a closet. It has one washer and one dryer which look like they should have been replaced several years ago. The coast guard has a slip there. The coast guard employees are skate boarding all through the parking lot and down the dock. There is a sign which says no skate boarding but the harbor master says she is afraid to say anything. The "Old downtown" is a joke. Fine dining is subway and you can stroll past all the closed shops. The harbor master told us be sure to stay out of half the town because it is unsage and drew a huge X through it. A grocery is only a couple of miles away. We were told we would have to park our truck about two miles away in a public parking lot since it had a lance camper on it. This is not a marina for someone seeking a nice live aboard atmosphere. It may be a fair place to store a boat but the quality of life would be awful.
An excellent Marina. Monthly fees are "cheap". New floating docks. Well protected. No problems with wind and tide. Security is ever present- no need to worry about your boat shopuld you need to leave it. Staff is competent and attentive. Each pier ( @ 15 piers ) has a gazebo like structure for socializing, parking bicycles, and picknicking. This area also has a gas grill. Lounge is excellent, weekly get togethers ( bring a dish plus BYOB ). Great way to meet you neighbors. Bath and laundry facilities are excellent - free washers and dryers ( new and numerous. Close to town - 4th of May Cafe is excellent - you've got to try their tomato pie. If you need a place to relax and recoup - this is it.
