Docks were fine. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant that was right there by the water. Facilities were a LONG walk away, but were clean.
Brian's son and another dock hand were on hand to catch our lines. Pool felt great. Restrooms and showers were clean. Met Diane, on Journey, who is a new Harbor Host.
Floating docks are great. Love the museum. Enjoyed watching the rowing teams. Dockmaster doesn't respond to radio, so we tied up in one spot and had to move once the dockmaster arrived. He was very helpful once arrived. Facilities are close by and clean.
Docks are in good shape. Steve did an excellent job of providing specific info on our slip, gave us a map of the area with places to go, etc. My only complaint is that the restroom facilities are a long way away. If course, that's not something that could br changed. But. It was so hot we didnt want to walk there, so i cant comment on the facilities.
Beautiful marina, staff very friendly and helpful, facilities the best I've seen. The grounds are so lovely! Price is high, but all those features cost.
We arrived at 1:30 and were unable to contact dockmaster. We circled for a while, then just picked a spot on the t-head in front of another boat who had had the same experience. Frustrating. Later we spoke to him in the rest..the spot we picked was where he wanted us. He was working around heavy equipment and couldn't hear. Restrooms are clean, but small. Two showers in each restroom.
Dock hands were superior! Got us tied up in a 25 knot wind. Woman in the store recommended a new favorite lunch place! Town looks great- wish we could have stayed longer. Enjoyed our brief stay. Gave a 4 because the showers were just OK- water was just over the frigid mark!

Wonderful docks, wonderful town, lots to see and do. Nice restaurants. Wish we could stay longer! City employees Adam and John took very good care of us. Thank you, Paducah!
Huge marina, well run, clean. Bath houses spaced around perimeter so not far from any dock. Lovely walking trails. We needed a ride from the train station, and Manager had his staff take us and pick up, grocery and other stores are in Zion, about 3 miles away. Had no luck getting Uber, but there is a taxi company - 2 cars. Over labor day, there was music and a food truck. One restaurant right there..May be only seasonal. Huge boat yard and storage right there, Skipper Buds.

Bathrooms were clean, docks were in good repair. Gas grill for our use.. other marina boat owners were friendly.. Very small marina - after we arrived, there was no staff around. When we registered our reservation, John quickly sent emails with our slip assignment, wifi code, and bathroom code. He was very kind and friendly on the phone, and was there with staff to catch our lines. The marina was just sold a week ago, and the offices are about a city block away. We did enjoy being close to the Maritime Museum.. During their transition to new ownership, there is no fuel or pump out available. Plans are to build a new building, increase the number of docks.
Fine, easy to get in. Nice young man to assist. Wish we could go to Mike's restaurant without hiking all the way to Jefferson and back in!
