Tight mooring field with too small of a dinghy dock. Facilities and staff were great.
New docks and bathrooms/showers! Music every night and good food.
Great facility. Clean bathrooms, showers and Captain’ lounge. Unfortunately launch was out of commission. It happened after we made our reservation so we didn’t know it was out. Spent an hour hauling them with no answer. Had to cancel our dinner reservations.
Ducked into PIYC to wait weather to transit NE thru the canal. This is our 2nd time here and we can't say enough how we like it. The showers and laundry are impeccable! Mark, the marina manager, 'gets it'. He knows the issues we have as transients and does a great job addressing them. We look forward to staying again on our return south in August.
Great staff, facilities and location.
Great docks. Matt does a nice job. Like having 2 courtesy cars for provisioning and shopping. Easy walk to a really nice town with good restaurants and even a French Bakery. The dock water has a sulpher smell though.
Best showers/bathrooms and laundry facility we have ever seen at a marina.
Great condition of mooring ball and pendant. Launch was quick and ran until 10 allowing us to dine ashore after getting in 6.
Great club and launch service. Had dinner at the Club last night and it was very good.
Great facility, competent dockhands and nice amenities! Shuttle service to take you to town works well. Make reservations to get into Fresh Salt - very busy.
The Bathrooms/showers are old but kept clean. The staff is excellent as well as the resteraunt. City Island is a very quaint, friendly town with lots of ship building history.
Easy launch service. You use their lines on mooring balls and ours was crusted with barnacles and slime. Facilities were adequate.
Second visit to Skull Creek and it only getting better. Dockmaster Ben and manager Mark do a great job. The current can be strong but they are there to help you get in for fuel or your berth.
