We enjoyed our stay, but a map of where the slip is located would be a great benefit. Especially since the number on slip 40 is missing.
I wondered if everyone was new. No one used VHF 16 to access fuel dock or to contact for slip assignment. Make phone calls, then expect to be both put on hold and transferred. Odd experience, but a decent place. Certainly some more customer service actions can be put in place.

The marina is in a great location, the staff is great, but the outside of the mega dock is like a bouncy house if your boat is small like ours (48', 30,000lbs). It is non stop getting waked.
Initially I was not going to leave a review because sometimes folks just get it wrong. So here is some constructive criticism: just answer your phone and radio. We called four times, hailed on 16 six times, yelled to a guy washing his boat and were informed that they work on 10. Four hails on 10 that were not answered either. We yell to some folks on the dock and they helped us with our lines and were very nice. I found out they had the same communication problem as us, which is unfortunate. When the Harbormaster came over I told him the same as what I just typed above. His response, "well, my radio is always on". Maybe it's a volume problem...
This place needs some updating. The people are nice, but it is where old sailboats go at the end of their life cycle. A new owner with vision could turn this marina into a real gem.
